Tried the prawn roll, not enough fillings, cannot tasted the prawn. $18…… very disappointing
However, staff was very friendly. Don’t think I will go back

I've eaten here multiple times and have experienced nothing but friendly service and excellent food. Not sure how anyone could have anything bad to say about the service here, but then again, you can't please the Karens.

If you are going for the steak sando- go to East End Cellars (it’s better) and if you’re going for a regular sando, don’t bother!

Context: First time I went sandwiches were okay, service - meh. Today- yes sandwiches are better, still not worth the price and now definitely not worth the visit with the abominable service. The two girls working today just didnt seem to actually want to be there, have no manners or personality literally whatsoever. Don’t bother asking for anything (napkins included) as they will turn their nose up at you, and give you the item without saying a word. How good! I don’t expect a lot of service from a deli, but I do expect the bare minimum. Hard to enjoy your food when ordering it feels as if you are being a burden on the people working there. This could be a great place if they hired some better people.

Great sandwiches. All the ones we've tried are good. Ones we've enjoyed include the leek and cheese toastie for lunch, mortadella and egg for brunch, and the chicken cottaletta for lunch

Having no idea what spread was before I entered, I was amazed at the sandos. I shared two of them with a mate and I honestly cant pick which one was better. The staff are medicatedly happy and I want whats in the water

Think twice before eating here with an allergy. When ordering, we clearly specified no cheese due to a milk allergy but then were given a sandwich with cheese. We then requested a new sandwich without cheese but received it still with butter and other milk products that were no specified on the menu. When discussing this with the staff, they informed me it was my fault for not having asked for it dairy free…

Trusted Spread with our work Christmas lunch, & they did not disappoint! Staff were so accommodating, food was delicious & the overall atmosphere was incredible. Highly recommend Spread for anyone looking for a high quality meal & experience. Also suitable for groups of people!

We recently threw our girlfriend her hens show at Spread, with a three course sit down lunch and drinks package. What a fantastic venue to host an intimate long lunch! I could not speak any higher of Holly and her team and their incredible organisation and service. Holly was so organised in the lead up to the day, with amazing communication, allowing us to style the place with our own little touch. The food was delicious, ample and full of flavour. The team were so relaxed and made the day so so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Spread for anyone looking to host an event or simply for an Adelaide venue with fantastic service and happy smiles!

The best, most delicious sandwiches in the eastern suburbs where there is hard competition. Flavours were complicated and exciting. Worth heading out for. Extra thumbs up for the Friday special steak frites sandwich.

Ordered the shroom toastie and this hit the spot! Crusty golden seeded sourdough slices stuffed generously with creamy cheesy goodness which went so well with the juicy flavourful mushrooms that were bursting with umami goodness. Highly satisfied with this and would order again!

Yes, yes, yes! Spread really hits the spot. A friend and I went halves in a toastie and sambo and were not disappointed. Fresh ingredients and flavours - we loved this place and will be back to sample to rest of the menu
