Small store with ok staff. Most on long phone calls at cutting counters and registers so customers actually present in store are waiting 10-15 minutes to be served. Probably will try a different store next time. Very disappointing

Buyer beware! Ordered curtains in July 2023. Cannot get any response as to when they can fulfil the order, or what their complaints process is or how to escalate the situation to get an answer. It seriously shouldn't be this hard.

Great store with everything you can imagine however the staff I dealt with were very rude, especially the girl on the register, she gave off vibes of not wanting to be there and I was just a number in the line. Shame really because I have visited other stores and found the staff warm and welcoming.

Always my go to for yarn. They have everything I need and never walk away empty handed. Staff are always helpful too

I received a promotional voucher for $10.00 via text this morning, Thank you, but if you have such a promotion (MANAGEMENT) please make sure you have the staff available to support your registers, and not have two people serving when you have a line all the way down the aisle way! Not good customer service!

So much to look at thank goodness they have trolleys. Unfortunately this day they did not have alot of staff on duty. Need more staff to assist customers.

I was in your store today 6/11 to buy a Cushion insert I asked a lady where your cushions would be. So she told me where to go as I explained and asked for Customer service. So when I got to the area where I was directed to go to.a YOUNG blonde woman was more interested in chatting with her friend as she just said keep on going & when she finished chatting w her friend. Then she decided to just wander over & she wasn't interested what so ever to serve me. So I stopped her & asked about a pillow insert, she took one look at me & just said this is the size you want & just gave me the pillow and sent me on my merry way & then she decided to have a chat with another blonde chick that was on the floor NOT GOOD CUSTMORE SERVICE

However I would like to compliment Yani who was at the register as I explained to her is this the correct insert for this case before I purchased it she was interested in what I had to say & she was fantastic, she gladly took the cushion out of the plastic it came with & was even nice enough to insert the cushion into the cover for me NOW thats what you call customer service

So we went to the counter, not noticing a poorly marked line. The girl behind the checkout waited a few minutes before telling us where the line was. By this time another customer was in the line. He accepted we were there first but the girl insisted we queued behind him. I left. My wife tried to go next but the girl insisted she went to the end of the line, but now there were two more people.

If you are going to have such an officious employee, mark the lines properly.

The place is an absolute rabbit warren as well. The poorly marked exit is in the middle of the building and hard to find.

NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.

I shopped in sewing section of this store this morning and was served by a very helpful and polite young lady by the name of Ema. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I can't remember when I last had such a pleasant experience shopping anywhere

Spent 2hours trying to get thru and was on hold for 20mins when I did get thru n rang back to get this staff member again n asked to look for a item in catalogue only to be put on hold again.

Disappointed ️ never answer phone no matter how many times I call it rings out
I spend a lot of money there and always disappointed in staff service, no one ever around to help and then if do find someone, they don’t have ant knowledge of products. Advertise on line that they have a particular product, but when I go there it’s not there. I generally try and shop on line, but if I only need I item costs more for delivery than item itself.

Crew members apparently don't know how to pick up the phone. Was put on hold and hung up on three times over 30 minutes. We only wanted to check if they had a fabric so we wouldn't have to drive all the way there just find that they didn't have it. Once someone from curtains department finally picked up the phone we were put on hold yet again, and THEN hung up on again? Just ridiculous.

Searched their website to find what I was after. Said they had low stock. Tried ringing twice to get them put aside. Both times no one answered and it actually timed out the calls. So ordered them online, no problems right. Get there and I'm told someone had sold one of them.
Staff were semi-helpful.

ADDIT:

Assembled a clothes rack on wheels, took about 8 T-shirts before it broke. Wasted $20 on fuel, $11 on the item and half my day.

Good sized shop. Staff are generally helpful, but can be hard to find and the wait time can be long once you get in line to see them. They have one or two price check points; given the number of items without price labels on the shelf it would be good if they invested in some more.

Staff great and wide range of wool but not knitting needles. Nothing over 100cm in circular needles. Would like to see 150cm circular needles or even some extendable circular needle kits.
Would also like to see a bigger range of mod podge. For instance they don't have the brilliant super gloss one which is great for sealing diamond art.

Hi Guys! I'm very happy with this store and the staff care about their customers. Some of the staff are just so lovely, really, no really. That's what my four stars are for; the lovely and kind
staff members.

However, there's a couple of issues. There's rarely anyone to help you in different sections of the store. Carrying heavy things to the service desk.
Yes, they supply trolleys and baskets, but you can't fit rugs and carpets into these. Or, if you are buying a lot of different stuff it's very hard to manage to the counter on your own. Suggestions, shop with a friend or family member. That's my advice if you want to make the most of their great specials

Like every spotlight in existence there are never enough staff on registers (likely due to the managers being offered profit share). But the price and variety is good.
