A smaller store compared to all other spot light stores.

Could find few things needed due to that reason

Have to give it full marks, the young lady serving had 10 people lined up, she should have been under pressure, it was the day that OPTUS had their outage. She was unfased, apologised to each individual customer that came through, a grand effort from the young lady, she deserves a promotion for her dedication.

The costume department for adults selection lacks terribly. Always call up before going or you could be driving there for nothing.
There are some awesome options on the website but they’re rarely in stock

Great, helpful staff. I found what I needed quickly. Only holdup in store was at the checkout where there were 2 staff (1 on the phone, and the other trying to solve a lengthy inquiry). And, with a big line up.both of them left the front counter to take care of other matters, whilst leaving everyone waiting.

Very bad customer service.

We bought sewing machine for gift. Before purchasing we asked cashier about their return policy and he said you can return in 24 hours and get full refund. Next day we went to store it was within 24 hours. They refused to return the item and insulated us.

Worst management! Manager name was Alana and employee name was Denial. They don’t know how to treat customers and big liars.

I would never suggest to buy anything form spotlight.

I live spotlight, but the pricing on the items is a bit unclear. I was surprised when I purchased a pillow for $70 that I thought from the signage was $40. Just double check at the register. But all in all, good products.

This store has improved in its tidiness. The young guy at the checkout was very nice and had excellent customer service.

Absolutely disgusting! Spending dollars and they were not helpful at all spent over an hour all they needed to do was check if another store had the last two I ordered in the end I did it myself

Bought around $2000 worth of blockouts and sheers online early December, which were delivered right before Xmas but wrong curtains. I went to the clovercrest spotlight on the 2nd of January to replace the wrong ones. The girl at the curtain area urgued that i am late abd this is after return policy! It wasn't even 25 days from the date I received them. She not only didn't help but mocked and acted as if I was lying

Staff always super friendly and more than helpful.

Well set out store, good value on discounted materials and kitchen items. Very good craft section.

Although limited parking out front, Ive never not found one easily. Friendly staff with helpful advise.

The staff is always helpful and know their stock well. Always a pleasant experience right through to the end with cheerful cashier's.

Waited over 20 minutes on phone only to be hung up on. When I finally got through woman from furnishings was quite rude & was no better in person.

Parking is good with handicap parking at the front. Staff are pleasant and very helpful but above all, prices are great!

Rang Smithfield store 4 times b4 someone answered then I spoke to a girl to check if they had an item in sock she left me on hold for 20mins then hung up on me tried again.same thing happened so I went to the store looking for the item which was supposed to b in stock according to their website and ofcourse it wasnt in stock complete waste of time.customer service non existent

Unfortunately this time I couldn't get all I needed, which is understandable for the times we are living in. The staff are always fantastic, but in saying that there needs to be more staff on. I do notice that your staff numbers have been cut down.

Good range. Went early and managed to get through without waiting at the cutting counter. Fabric range was good and had been recently organised so it was easier to find than on some days. Helpful team.
