Easy to find friendly staff. Just wish people would read the signs in the carpark and not try and enter when it says do not enter on side street

Like every spotlight it didn't have what I needed in stock. There was only one person in the store on front counter and I heard about 4 people ask where staff were while they waited at the party desk. Low stock on everything and boxes hanging around waiting to be unpacked.

Big store, but no price checkers located, no staff to assist and the line up to leave the store with my selected items longer than a line to get Taylor Swift tickets.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, always willing to go out of their way to get you the best products for your projects.

Jacinta the sales assistant at the checkout was not approachable, no smile, was talking like a child to my disabled daughter

Fabulous venue! Purchased many things over the years! Last major purchase has been ready made curtains; extremely pleased with outcome. Highly recommend staff, who are very helpful.

Huge store, so much to do and spend money on. Could spend half a day there if habadashery is your thing!

Helpful staff but needles and pins are too damn expensive. If you can wait, better buy from aliexpress and pay at least 5 times less

Worst customer service at the party section for balloons etc.

I had a very pleasant & helpful young man at the fabric counter that helped me, only thing is I didn't get his name. I am very happy with your store.

Customer service at this store is the worst and they never have prices on anything then get annoyed and roll their eyes at you when you ask them how much things are.

Very poor customer service. I bought $650 worth of blinds back in July 2021 and they delivered them while I was not home and without a signature, despite the terms and conditions stating that a signature was required and that the blinds would be taken to a warehouse. The blinds were then stolen before I got home. I have been trying to get a refund since July 2021 but Spotlight refuse to fix this issue. They took weeks to reply to each of my responses and I had to follow them up multiple times. I am still waiting on my refund!

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Shop a little busy and cluttered, difficult to navigate with a mobility issue.

1 less star than 5 as they need to maintain at least 2 counter staff imo. Other than that not a bad store

On hold serval times for over 10 mins. No one answered any of the calls. So frustrating. Either staff up or don’t take phone calls.

I had the BEST service today. Thank you Tahlia, for assisting me with my fabric needs. In general, all the staff in there today have made day brighter. Great stuff

Lots of useful things and many random sales, good to visit on multiple occasions as you will get a random mix of items on sale. More people needed at the counter is my only complaint, but nothing bad really.

Sales good. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Pity the store never seems to have enough staff in areas where specialist advice and cutting is needed, e.g. Blinds, curtains

Quickly visited here for some items for my daughter's bedroom make over, they had everything she needed and the staff were very helpful.

A huge shop with lots of choices if you’re looking at DIY crafty making things activities. Hard to find help if you need it.
