Awesome place, friendly atmosphere.
The pizza was excellent and the menu had plenty to choose from.

Beautiful location but the pizza did not taste good. The Coffee neither didn’t taste good.

Have been to Sportivos on numerous occasions… the food has always been excellent! Would totally recommend!

Have also been served during all visits by Domenica, who has always provided excellent table service, and is always very thoughtful/thorough when asking about any allergies & dietary requirements, and she’s always friendly, happy and she makes you feel welcome!

Pizza was great.creme brulee was very delicious.we had the view of the lake.and the staff are very nice.

This used to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the area… when it was owned by an Italian! It has now under new owners who fail to deliver the food that it was famous for! We used to frequently go for a wonderful meal! Cannot recommend it! Poor.

Went today, pizza was 10/10 the lady serving us out side was so lovely always checking on us!

Lovely views of the water at Westlakes. Food is simple but tasty with a large choice on the menu. Desserts are fabulous. The service was great and parking is easy in the car park across the road.

Excellent service, clean venue + extensive menu, right by the water & quiet enough to hear each other in a group of 5 adults!

The server was fantastic and hosted the group well. However the food was tasteless and not authentic. Pizza is wood fired and comes out slow and undercooked so assume they don't have good heat control & pasta tasteless.
For good Italian avoid, owners and chefs are what appears middle eastern or Indian & it shows in the quality. Continue going to the East side of the city for good Italian

Great place for casual dine-in, lunch or snack. View of the lake from the courtyard at the back. Good menu options plus a separate menu just for schnitzel lovers. Decent meal size along with great customer service. Overall good value for money.

My family and I came here two weekends ago. We were in the area and thought we give this a try after seeing the reviews and photos.

Parking is small and tight. However, across the road is a massive parking you can park for free for 3 hours.
The service was average to good. This is because we had different servers throughout the evening.

The seating outside was ok. It definitely could be a little bit better in terms of cleanliness and arrangement. (I feel parents with prams may find the seating outside a little bit tight, recommend inside for comfortable seating with prams). Although not entirely bothering sitting outside with already seated children and perhaps highchair. The sun will and may be in your face depending on time you arrive and where you are sitting/facing. There was not much else for a better spot to sit comfortably, so you just kind of wait for the sun to set.

The food is ok.
The Caesar burger meal - The egg tasted awfully rotten, had one bite and could no longer consume, making it hard to taste the rest of the burger, chips was decent.
This was a massive put off.
Chicken Risotto - was good, good portions with veggies, flavour was all there, chicken was tender, cooked, juicy and was not too much or too little, bacon pieces however is a bit too much for our liking, if you are a lover, this is for you.
Fish n Chips - Chips was decent, Fish was decent too. Not a fault.
Pepperoni Pizza - It was very cheesy, personal preference was too much and too oily, again if this is for you, you will enjoy it. It was a little hard to taste the flavour as it was mainly cheese, pepperoni was ok (similar to the ones you can get from the deli) crust was average, expected better for a wood oven pizza, this is just our personal opinion.
Margherita Pizza - Too much cheese, oily, cannot taste much of the sauce.
Both the pizzas were too heavy for our liking, the middle part was really soggy as the oily ness and cheese was a bit much, it was also a bit too charr for our personal preference, could not really taste the pizza sauce, nothing too special in our opinion, but it was ok to eat.
Garlic Pizza - It was quite average, not a fault. Simple flavour, came out hot and fresh.
Arancini Balls w sweet chilli and mayo - This was delicious. The sauce was good, crunchy, fresh, perfect amount of stuffing.

It was a good experience.

My partner and I visited Sportivo on a whim, after late-night shopping. The food was incredible, fresh, and the staff were very attentive. We also had a great view of the lake, and there was a nice range of food to choose from! Loved it.

Great service. Food was good too. They were also super helpful with prioritising the kids meals. Got the kids ice cream to finish, my nephew had barely touched his and dropped it on the floor ‍️ they replaced it for us which was so lovely

Went for breakfast with a group today. All I can say is FIRST CLASS. Great menu, all served quickly while still hot & service was great (friendly but professional). I'll definitely be back for another meal. I couldn't complain about one thing.

Wow, extensive menu, but everything ordered was good. A nice gap was allowed between our entree and main, with the waiter checking we were ready for the main to be started.
Lovely outlook with absolute lake frontage to be from either inside or the two outside sections.
Great friendly staff, helpful but unobtrusive.

The family ordered 3 pizzas. Pizza dough was dry but toppings were nice. If you do go I would recommend the yiros pizza. Services wasn’t the best.

This is one of my local restaurants/cafes, you would find it hard to find such an extensive menu of burgers, schnitzels, pizzas and pastas in the west, actually you would struggle in SA, the serves are great, the price is on point but the biggest positive this place has is the service, the customer service here is outstanding, nothing is too hard, requests for small changes to your order are accommodated and they genuinely care about their customers. This is what brings me back time and time again.

Horrible sloppy pizzas. Went to lift up a piece out of the box and all the topping slid off. I then tried eating a piece and it was really sloppy with too much barbecue sauce. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

Hi my name is francesca frisina. I had mum call the workplace up for oysters and I came down tonight looking for oysters but they didn’t have any. I was greeted with hellos by everyone was served by don was very nice and friendly ask about my movie I watched and was interested in my night and was funny to talk with, I decide to try the outback pizza and seafood salad to eat with 1 green slipper 2 alezine and 1 lemonade vodka spirit. And mum and me split the pizza and salad with pear on the side. She order 5-6 green slippers Served by dill and don. And 2 alzines with 1 lemonade pink drink with vodka. Spent about 100 to 200 dollars. Enjoy the night after a long day and is very friendly environment. Everyone loves to talk and see how your night is and funny jokes. 100 recommendations to come here.
