Food was great.
But all starters and mains came out at once.
Should have been a delay between servings.
Beer I ordered was flat not happy jan!

Food was absolutely delicious staff was friendly outdoor set up is lovely with booth to choose from

Had a group of about 20. Good value meals delivered in good time. Great service from all the staff. Very relaxed pub atmosphere will continue to support.

Good honest, pub grub. Been there number of times going again. Roast of day $24 excellent taste & size servings all 3 of us were very happy. Had steak on other visits thats good too

Food took about 45 minutes to come out as it was very busy. Food tasted good. They outdoor area looks good

I had a chicken snitzel and my partner had the scotch steak. We were very impressed. Beautifully cooked. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will definitely go back.

Redevelopment is nice, but if you are going to squeeze more tables in to boost profits, you need to make sure the kitchen is up to task. Waiting well over an hour for a simple schnitzel is not good service.

Very nice meals, great menu variety. Decently priced, modern updated interior. Great beer garden

Haven't eaten there, I have been to the pokie parlour which has a good range of machines.nice ambience.

Went for tea couple nights ago it was amazing the staff were friendly helped out in every way got beautiful food best food in Pirie the new look is amazing will be back again with my family

Always incorrect orders flavour less vegetables left in boiling water too long this has still not been rectified since 8 months ago, I like to pay for correct orders and real food not left overs time to improve the kitchen, pokies machines members card do not work on all machines they need to be tended to and staff not wiping buttons on machines at regular intervals, staff need to be mindful we can see them keep politics out back, smile when attending customers.

Food, staff service and new interior updates are great. Shame they didn't update the toilets to be family friendly. You still need to lift your sons up to use the urinals stuck to the walls when the cubicle is being used

The sporties tavern has everything you can want in a pub. A sports bar where you can place your bets. An inside dining room that's recently undergone an upgrade and is spacious enough room for everyone. There's also an option for outdoor dining on the deck with a play area for the kids a huge TV screen and misting fans to help keep you cool. The pokies room has new machines and some of the favourites. A lovely atmosphere throughout the whole pub. The meals are mouth watering and huge well worth the cost and if you're a member then you receive discount on all your meals and drinks you purchase. A great place to come for the afternoon and stay for a meal

Used the online ordering app on the table. Drinks and mains arrived fast and were good. However.we had to ask for our desserts.they then said they didn't have that order so we ordered again.then they came back to ask again what the order was.then the pav arrived and we waited then asked again for the ice cream sundae.took forever and the pav was really badly presented and tasted same.would recommend for mains but have dessert somewhere else.

Staff need to remember who ordered what as they took our names when we ordered. Instead of going around singing out the meal. In the meantime it's going cold.

Decided to have a night off from cooking last night so headed to sporties for a meal with a friend. We both ordered the chicken Mexican snit and while the serve was adequate to fill you it came with last week's bread which was stale and almost rock hard and was missing the sour cream as advertised on the menu. My advice is to give this place a miss and go elsewhere for a meal

Nice friendly staff, decor and ambience is quite nice. The schnitzel was very dry, tough and tasteless, and the carrots and beans were very undercooked and tasteless. The chips were nice enough. The 'chef' apparently doesn't know that soy sauce generally contains gluten. The menu needs more options for special needs diets, or at least more flexibility and awareness.

Been here a few times, ordered the Chicken Schnitzel with meatlovers topping and, vegetables.fantastic meal, however the vegetables were flavourless and crunchy, needed butter and to be cooked properly. Apart from that, I cannot fault the meal. Extremely filling. The staff are friendly and, the atmosphere is lovely. Beautiful looking pub on the interior.
