Be careful with this company I won’t in courage anyone to go with them nothing against the workers, I am talking about stakes people and their policies one of the worst company and their customers representatives phone people would never answer once u r in contract and they want 100 percent profit from car rent to own plan, strongly recommend go with Toyota dealership half price and they’re not shaddy as them

The worst car rental company with the worst possible customer service experience and then there is the claims department who are hopeless when it comes to any sort of claims. Takes forever to put in a claim and then the senior management plays the blame game and passes it on to the next level up. If anyone looking for a hire car, best to look elsewhere and not be disappointment once you fall in Splenda’s trap.

Have been waiting for a letter of apology from the national head of claims enzo libera, haven't received that as agreed upon in court by one of your other workers, Enzo will not take his pride out of it and apologise for things he has said and done to belittle people, worse company to deal with with no contact numbers and a bunch of email addresses, ask to speak to management and they will never let you, complete shambles and would not recommend this company to anyone there claims process is also very questionable as it took 6 months for a boot to get fixed and the other party notified

I was looked after by Pavi, an excellent guy, very helpful got me through all the process in detail. Helped to choose the right car, he went above and beyond to help me. All the team are very helpful, absolutely delightful to be looked after by these guys, keep up the great work.

Chris, Dave and Pav were all super professional and easy to deal with. Got me on my way back to earning money driving with Uber very quickly. 10/10 would recommend!:) awesome range of the newest/ comfiest cars as well.

I’ve been so desperate for a job over ten year period I was so scared to sign up for any job but one day wanted to start becoming an uber driver I made a appointment with Chris from splend and he guided me every step of the way to start up and become a driver now in a very nice brand new car with very good flexi payment options if it wasn’t for Chris I would of not even done it I would of just closed it and just stayed as a stay at home mum but now I can give everything to my family thanks to Chris so if you want to start a career as a driver etc then I would highly recommend splend.

Total time wasters big promises but no cars. As I have had nothing to do with them for several years. It cost me a lot so get the driver accreditation (medicals). I am not in the position to know if they have changed or the con remains the same. I do know they rang me up telling me to change the review. I also have no idea if you can make a reasonable living from splend and uber. If the other review are legitimate clearly they have happy customers. Will it work for you? Only you can work that out.

Splend did not refund my deposit. At the time of my unedited review I had been with Splend for over a year. At that time I found the staff to be friendly and with integrity. The Splend team provide an excellent service, so I though. So in my unedited review I highly recommended them. Of course this has changed since my departure because Splend did not refund my deposit. So be careful going into a contract with them.

Adelaide staff are excellent. I have mainly dealt with Josh over the past 3 years who is professional. Any issues I have had interstate with head office, Josh has always managed to sort them out and get the best outcome. Both my husband and I have had 2 cars over this period and Josh has always been helpful, polite and very respectful. I would highly recommend dealing the Josh and the Adelaide team as they understand the rideshare program.

Leasing made easy without any fuss. Adelaide Team made everything quick and hassle free during onboarding to Uber. It supported me when I had no extra income. Provided me an opportunity for extra $$. I suggest new driver to give a try.
