Splash Car Wash & Detailing

I was driving past when my mate called me told me to come in for a cappuccino so I did expecting to pay. They gave one to me even tho I didn't have time to put my car through car wash. Mates car looked fantastic after its wash Thank you for the Great coffee.

My small SUV has seen better days. With two little kids and the resulting mess, I was looking for a quick interior detailing solution and landed on Splash. I booked in for their Splash Superior Mini Service and they advised me to be back in an hour.
However, they were not happy with how clean the car was after an hour and insisted on keeping going - free of charge - until the car's cleanliness met their standards. They spent two hours in total on my car and it came back.looking absolutely brand new. The Splash team went above and beyond, I can't recommend them enough, and I'll be back again soon.

Took my van to be washed after two years. The end result was that the van looked brand new.everything done by hand. Lots of detailed work.everything was poished and shiny. Free coffee. Perfect.thankyou

The wash was fine, though a back wheel arch escaped a squirt. However, I had the Mini Detail ($65), which, on the website, says the interior surfaces are wiped clean, but when you arrive, the Mini Detail DOESN'T include the wiping down of interior surfaces.it's in the $95 option. I didn't realise this until AFTER I'd paid. I brought it to the attention of the person at the desk, and was told the Website needs updating, and that options displayed on premise were correct. I replied that I don't have time to make an appearance at every car wash to compare pricing - that's what the website is for. This was met with shoulder shrugging and an assurance that they wipe down the interior surfaces regardless of the option choice. THEY DIDN'T. I did it myself when I got home. The website info is incorrect, and so is the pricing.

Highly recommended! I took my dirty Ute over there as i recently visited country side.i was in doubt for inside and outside cleaning of my Ute but Splash Just Solved my problem. Their Splash Superior Mini Service is so good and value for money. They did my vehicle with in 50 minutes. Their Boys are so energetic and friendly. They always listen to me and produce Fantastic results.

I have just returned home from having my car "washed" at Splash Glen Osmond. What a dreadful experience. I made two mistakes - not checking the car before driving it home and secondly, going there in the first place. I spent 40 minutes at home washing the many areas missed by Splash. In addition to the totally unacceptable clean, the premises were disgusting. Another customer I got talking to said it looked like a tip. The customer reception area and entrance were filthy. This is not a business that anyone could be proud of. I recommend you steer clear of this place.

Very disappointed on the quality of the wash and detail carried out.
The outcome of this is that myself and friends will not be recommending this auto wash and detail business to others.

My friend recommended this place and I went today the boys did an excellent job and the customer service was great as well as amazing coffee. I am going to come back and recommend this place. Best service!

Very disappointed. I've been a regular customer here since 2016, and I think they recently changed owners and management, its gone down-hill ever since. They also used to have a membership option where you'd get a free wash after 10 washes, looks like that's gone too.

Lots of post-wash scratches, door jambs not cleaned and they've actually made the interior worse by touching door handles and seats with wet hands. I had to clean the interior and parts of the exterior again after I got home. Not something that you'd expect after a wash (and especially one that costs $28).

Not happy, will not be going back.

Very bad customer service. New staff at the reception extremely rude and condescending. Car wash also very average. Lots of post car wash scratch marks on my car. Not going back here again.

They left swirl marks all over my brand new black car. When I asked, the car wash man had no idea and just said its from polishing. I don’t think they have any technical knowledge about car washing. Avoid unless you don’t care about the look of your car and just want it clean

Appalling - wanted to charge DOUBLE because of sand in my car.if it was clean I wouldn’t need to go to a car wash! Do they only clean cars that are clean?

My car was pretty dirty and the interior had fair bit of dog hair. They cleaned my car inside and out to an impeccable standard, very impressed!

Convenient location. Edit - the team reached out and we were able to have another wash. Very pleased with the outcome. Happy to go again and great for hills folks as it’s just down the hill. We all have our bad days but good outcome.

Forgot to replace mats, mats weren’t clean when we picked up. Generally okay but lots of missed spots. Will be last resort but prefer the boys in Burnside, they do an excellent job.

Great service! My car was squeaky clean after. They got all the dog fur out and gave my mats a good clean. Good value for money too.
