5Daniel Venter and his staff at Spec Savers Seaford provide a very professional service. I have confidence in his decisions regarding my vision and appreciate the help from his staff helping me to find the best pair of glasses to suit me and then fix them when I have a problem with them.
I found the team members at this store very helpful, polite and very professional
Experience was so bad. Made an appointment at 1: 45, went there just in time. But was told that we should have arrived 30 mins prior to appointment because they’re going to put drops in my child’s eyes and check it after 30mins.
THEY DID NOT TELL US TO ARRIVE 30MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
So they didn’t cater us because of this and was told to have it rescheduled instead because they were fully booked on that day. Which I found unfair and absurd.
Went to South Coast Optometrist instead and they are lovely. Highly recommend them instead.
It was an amazing experience. The Optometrist was really friendly and gave me good advice re a question I had. The staff are so professional and friendly especially Briggite and Marissa. I had a problem with my chosen frame irritating my tear duct so went back and they exchanged it in such a very nice and kind manner. Absolutely first class in every way.
It’s amazing these guys opened at Seaford. Same team as Colonnades so you know they are friendly and beautiful. Keep up the amazing work everyone ️️
