Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Mt Gambier

Forgot to bring my contacts to go snorkelling while I was in Mt Gambier. Called up specsavers and they were able to organise a trial set in my exact script for me to pick up within a few minutes. Thank you so much, it is very very appreciated! The team here at specsavers are amazing, highly recommend coming here for great service.

I will never go here again. Advised that only one lens needed due to my left eye blind. Big mistake!
When they adjusted the frame, they broke the arm and replaced with another that didn’t even match! Didn’t mention it all to me. My husband has to tighten them daily so they don’t fall off my head.

Waited the requisite weeks for glasses to arrive. Drove from Carpenter Rocks to town only to find incorrect lenses were ordered. Assistant not unduly concerned. Now waiting the next few weeks. Unacceptable!

Attended to have eye assessed same day as having metal filings removed from eye by Hospital. Very informative, thoroughly examined, further filings removed and follow up treatment next day arranged.

First time not a problem, went very smooth.
This time. Lost glasses, lack of communication with me and between themselves, called to have posted out to me twice, first time lost second time never posted, still in shop. Eventually drove an hour to pick up.

Specsavers Mount Gambier are for me the most helpful courteous bunch of people I have ever shopped with, everything thing is explained to you in easy to understand manner. Should all be proud of the job they do cannot recommend them all enough.

A big thank you to Liam, hope I wrote that correctly. He made a routine eye exam for my 6year old a fun and engaging experience. She came home telling her dad about being a crazy dancing robot and being a left eye pirate and a right eye pirate. She got to try on robot glasses. He made us feel welcome, was patient and professional. Highly reccomend him to anyone with kids.

When I go into Specsavers in Mount Gambier I feel very welcome. The staff are always smiling and they can't do enough for you. The shop is always clean and set out well to cater for all the things they do.
Their uniforms are a great colour and the men in particular look very smart. It is an enjoyable experience and a great place to visit.

Excellent service on the two occasions that I went in to this shop. I ended up purchasing my glasses from here based on two factors. 1) the best and most reasonable prices for frames and lenses in Mt Gambier and, 2) the staff were so helpful and so willing to answer any questions that I had.
