Medical emergency Understood the medical conditions Prompt Caring So Affordable - which meant we could even get the Harry Potter style as a bonus for cosplays Entire team were amazing

We had a medical emergency and desperately needed to be seen. The entire team were so incredible. From the care around booking the actual appointment, the greeting on arrival, the care and attention to detail in recording her details, the xray of the back of her eyes, the way the optometrist carefully went through the history and checks and actually explained the technical part very clearly so it wasn't overwhelming or scary in finding out what was happening. By the time we reached a vision field test, she was relaxed and confident enough to just go in and do it. The team was incredible as we methodically went through all the pairs in choosing the right ones. Didn't even judge when we video called Nanny for her opinion. I nearly fell over *in a good way* when I found out the price 3 pairs at Spec Savers were going to be after the health fund discount nearly $900 CHEAPER than for just ONE pair that I usually pay for at other leading places including directly from the health fund itself! This means FINALLY we can have a spare pair and we can get that Harry Potter pair with lenses in it so in a cosplay situation she won't hurt herself and will ACTUALLY be able to see - and yes, this is do incredibly important to us.
I can't thank the entire team enough.

Have been using supersavers for a few years for my glasses but have decided to go elsewhere after my experience at the Gawler store - they support and practice medical apartheid but will happily take your money if you wait outside on the sidewalk without a mask - disgusting people - I’ll take my money elsewhere and I will ensure I spread the word - don’t waste your time - pay more for a better product
