46 The whole experience was both timely and professional and both Jeff The Optometrist and Kara my sales assistant did a thorough and friendly job in helping with my glasses selection as did other staff members that I had interactions with.

Very busy place, unfriendly, unpersonalised. From the moment you walk in and the lights hit you it makes you feel anxious and uncomfortable. Then you are kept waiting forever. Then waiting again to be fitted for glasses. Feels like an over booked production line
Spesavers staff were very professional, and friendly service. The testing and results were explained fully and understandable.
I have been with Specsavers for some time, and have no reason that would would make me want to change. My thanks to all involved in my recent appointment.
Not opened at advertised time and staff cannot calculate lens quantities for order unless I tell them how many boxes to order
What has happend to this place?
The service here has lapsed big time picked up new glasses only to be told 10 mins later by phone they are the wrong prescription and dont wear them and to bring back which i did got checked again yep all good to go another 2.5 week wait for them get a sms your glasses are ready go to pick up and only 2 pairs out of 3 i question the 3rd pair of sunglasses and they say no only 2 i said no should be 2 normal and 1 pair of sunglasses so they go look nope only 2 pairs eventually they find the 3rd but i then get told they cant make the prescription i needed in these glasses i didnt say at the time but started getting alittle cheesed off that no one knew what the hecknwas going on so eventually somone know and i had to re choose another pair which i did.
Im not only cheesed off with the service the fact no one bothered to pick up the phone to call or sort it out the fact its now turned into a 6 week wait because of their incompetents but no one communicates there and now it makes 3 trips back did the change of owner ship mean a lack of customer care i know they see heaps of people per day but surely theres somthing in place to stop this happening
Im not convinced in returning it they cant get things right
Snapped the arm off of my glasses today. Popped in to specsavers mount Barker to see if they could fix them. Managed to get them fixed they just popped out my lenses and put them back in the same frames they had on show. So very thankful. Awesome team and a quick and easy fix and didn't cost the earth
Eye tests organised well. Staff were eager to help, but would help if they could teach you things first, about how some frames that look similar, but are wider than others. It took a while of trying things on before learning this. Aside from that, it is a quick streamline service.

I enjoy going to Specsavers, I have been going to the same store for a lot of years now and the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also love the range of frames they carry. I like my frames to be a little different and Specsavers always deliver. Very happy.
I would usually rate my experience and the staff very highly from previous experience.
And one not so good one won't discourage me from rebooking.
Yes. I was near 15 minutes late today! Rather than check availability, response was your late, so you won't be seen. Really.
When I took my son a week ago, and other times I've visited. The service has never been on-time (20min appts?) We waited over 45min, and appt spread out over X3 different services, once started 30-40min.
So they can run late pushing out everyone's time, but when they are running on time, bad luck customer if you are alittle late.
I would have waited, no issue.
I Will rebook, and sure it will be fine, just some feed back and awareness that the customers time is not important to them.
Anyway better luck next time.
I had an awesome time getting my eyesight tested. Isabel was excellent and Scott was very helpful choosing my frames.
This is the second time I have had glasses that have had to go back and have the lenses changed. I will not be going there again
Both my husband were called in for our annual checks. Staff were friendly and courteous! Clear advice about our eyes was given. New glasses were prescribed to update. Found great glasses to suit each of us with guidance and support from staff.
Once we were called in for fitting of new glasses - again treated courteously and professionally. Thankyou from us both- we’ll be back again.

Thanks to Kylie, after a hassle with my new frames and trying to sort out why my eyes were still blurred. She managed to work through all sorts of problems and worked her magic. Every thing is clear now. Thanks again Kylie.
Went to Specsavers Mt Barker today looking for an optomerist to remove a splinter from my eye. 10/10 everyone from a quick booking process & turn around, prompt & efficient consult, identification & removal by the optoms followed by simple eye drop & home care instructions to finish. Well done!
Specsavers give efficient service to their patients but on this occasion I am disappointed with being advised to accept 2 pairs of reading glasses. Perhaps there are more options available such as a new pair of multi focal glasses which have a larger area for reading which could be more acceptable to me. Some advice may help me. Marilyn Wass

I was very happy with the service from the staff, however it would be good if you returned the jobkeeper money that you took, even though you were still running profitably.
