This was my first visit to Specsavers and I was very impressed and happy with the knowledge and service of all the staff I dealt with. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. On completion of my test Sally assisted me with selecting my glasses and I welcomed her honesty with what frames suited my face. I was also satisfied when my glasses arrived and I had a fitting. It is nice to know we have back up service on our purchases. All in all I would definitely recommend Specsavers Optometrist - Port Lincoln

The service we received at Specsavers Port Lincoln store was outstanding. We were very impressed with staff, and their helpfulness and and willingness to help us in our choice of selection. They contacted us with a question, as they were not sure about an aspect of our order, and wanted to ensure they got it right the first time, which of course they did. Delivery of our glasses by mail was very prompt. I would highly recommend Specsavers at Port Lincoln. Our recent visit surpassed all our expectations.

I normally drop into the Rundle Mall store when in Adelaide but thought I would check out the newly opened Port Lincoln store. Fantastic, helpful staff who went out of their way to provide the best customer experience possible. Really appreciated the clear quotes provided and double checking of my health fund rebates. Thanks guys - you were great!

All staff were friendly and professional however I ordered the blue light filter on my prescription glasses and received my glasses with the anti reflective film on them instead. I brought this to the attention of the lady who was helping me when I collected the glasses
I have since asked for a refund for the $70 I paid for the blue light filter as I did not receive what I paid for.

Made feel very welcome, & was impressed with the way the optometrist explain my vision changes. The price for 2pair of glasses was outstanding.

Anike displayed exceptional customer service. She was friendly and she went beyond to meet our requirements for contact lenses. Would recommend!
