Took 3 months to get my glasses. 1st pair multifocal prescription was correct but lense incorrect, then 2nd attempt arrived with chipped lense, 3rd attempt was finally right. Then was going to choose second pair which I was under the impression I had paid for 3 months prior before special deal expired but they said no that was not the case. The staff and store manager resolved it to my satisfaction with a little expense, delays beyond store control but staff were very friendly and willing to help.

First time at this franchise excellent service the girls were polite, professional, and lovely!

Very pleased with professional service, clinical advice from optometrist, assistance with frame choice by staff and importantly the final cost - and bulk billing for examination. Overall excellent service.

Really happy with the service and my amazing new glasses. Ordered just before Christmas and were in just after new years.

Sent me the wrong glasses, got me to send the pair back with the promise that i would Raceive the correct pair in time… It’s been weeks and nothing but crickets

I never have any issue with finding glasses i like and the staff will let me know if they think they arent suitable. From start to finish the service is amaing. If people have not made the switch to Specsavers do so the frame pricing caters for all budgets. I will never go to any other store for my glasses again

Staff at Murray Bridge were so helpful and explained everything so well I had no concerns or issues. The decisions to select new glasses was very quick even though there was a wide selection to choose from.
My new glasses arrived in the following week and the staff member whom I spoke to was so helpful
