I found the staff very helpful and patient with me. I am a pain when it comes to getting new frames and which ones to choose. The staff were very helpful and honest with me. My son and i have been going to Arndale for years now and i have never had any issues there.

They never call customers to let them know their glasses are ready until they've been sitting there for two weeks. Purchased 3 pairs over 2 years as did my friend and same thing. And I also agree, some the staff there are very dry to deal with. And don't shrug off this bad review by posting that link to make a complaint. Not going to waste more of my time.

Went to Arndale store to have my wife's frames adjusted for a more comfortable fit, we were told to put a mask on or.wait outside the store. The woman did not bother to sterilise her hands before handing the glasses.
Probably my germs is her hands than coming from us. Still a poor fit but won't bother going back after that treatment.mi

Never Again will we visit Spec Savers in Arndale. My partner and I have purchased twice before from Arndale and were always looked after with positive friendly service. My partners glass frames broke after 10months so went back to get repaired, no such luck. We were advised the warranty of 2 years was only for manufacturers defects and would not apply as she believed we broke the glasses, the tiny screw had broke in half and she was unable to get out. We asked her to send away to get repaired but she was not interested in helping us at all. Told us to go and try to find a jeweller with a small drill to try and get out. We were not happy. Went straight to Spec Savers in West Lakes and were very welcomed and they were able to repair on the spot whilst we waited as they had the correct tools.

Very bad service, no smile no patience. She was even not looking at our eyes. It is my first time visiting this brand and will also be last time.

There is no other store like Specsavers! Both I and my daughter are happy with our glasses, thank you Specsavers Kilkenny!

Fantastic service. All staff were great on my two yearly check up. Everything I wanted to know was answered perfectly. New glasses transition and multifocal, love them. Considering that I haven’t worn sunglasses ever.

Bad service and poor quality glasses if you asks for assistance then all I can say is good luck my friend.

I am peeved off because when i went for my last eye test 12 months or so ago they gave me the wrong prescription and i have been battling through ever since. No compensation, no update, nothing, not happy! The only thing they said is your eyes will adjust.got news for you.they never!

It was my first time getting an eye test the other day and I was very nervous but the optometrist and the workers were very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose out two frames that I absolutely LOVE. Will definitely be coming back here again and recommending this place to all my family and friends!

The optometrist here really needs to reassess his customer service skills. I found him to be unprofessional & disrespectful. I have taken my optical needs across the walkway to OPSM who could not have been nicer! If you do not like your profession sir, I suggest you reassess your approach as I can't imagine that you will be too successful with the type of service I received. My recommendation to others is go elsewhere, I did!
