Specsavers Optometrists - Westfield Marion East Lvl 2

Excellent staff who were all extremely friendly and professional. Being advised that my prescription had not changed since my last examination was also a pleasant and welcome surprise.

Fantastic experience all around. First time I have every been offered and taught how to use contacts as an option to my glasses. So far trial is going well. Thanks Sandy, Jenny and Team

I received a text message saying my clear vision and sunglasses prescription were ready to be picked up on the 14th of July.
My clear vision glasses were badly defective. Caused me to see double.
I have been called back and again still the same.
I needed these glasses for work as I drive as part of my employment.
I received a phone call recently and a voicemail left saying they are being re-made.
2 months wait for glasses is unacceptable
When I complained via messenger I got a "sorry about the wait" from the staff. Which is not good enough.
You expect that from McDonald's
Big companies. No one cares anymore.

Glasses were ready and fitted in a timely manner.
It would be good to have more of a 'styling' experience when choosing the frames.ie what shapes, colours and size look best for skin tone, face shape, lifestyle etc.

Enjoyable experience, with happy and friendly staff who know what they are doing, keep it up.

Great service! Took sunglasses in to replace the nose piece and both were done free of charge! 100% recommend!

Incredibly friendly and helpful. I have needed to have my eyes tested for ages, but have put it off because I cannot afford healthcare at the moment. But Specsavers bulk bills eye tests! I found out I do in fact have cataracts and need surgery, and the optometrist added to my referral at Flinders Medical Centre. I was so happy when I left that I pretty much bounced out of there. Definitely going back when I need glasses after my surgery. Could not recommend them enough.

Great experience at Specsavers Marion! Although the store was busy they were quick to serve me. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really know what they’re doing. I highly recommend this store!

RE: Specsavers Store - Marion Westfield - Level 2 (next to food court) Horrible service bordering on the incompetent!
Issue 1 - didn’t sms me to advise my glasses x2 were ready… (had paid in full in advance)
Issue 2 - wrong case for one of the pairs. Didn’t offer an alternative solution.
Issue 3 - refused to offer a replacement trial contact lense after losing one during my trial period. The head optometrist rudely advised that because my eyes were tested at another Specsavers store, they could only offer me a box to purchase. (Even after purchasing my glasses at their store)
There’s more…but I think the point has been made!

The in-store experience was excellent. Knowledgeable and efficient staff. I would not hesitate to use them again. My only complaint is the factory technician who installed the lenses in my new frames over-tightened the screws to the extent the screw heads are almost destroyed.

Specsavers near food court. Not happy. Picked up my glasses and the guy couldn't be bothered checking if they needed adjusting.

Good experience the Optometrist was very nice when giving a field test and was accurate

The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional, especially Jenny, David, Leonie, and Sandy. A good selection of glasses and specials throughout the year. Also uplifting to know that Specsavers are helping to improve the eyesight of underprivileged people throughout the world. Keep up the good work.

Good selection of glasses and generally helpful staff (once they take notice) but you virtually have to do a dance and shout to get anyone to help you - not busy in-store yesterday but I walked around for 10min and no one offered any assistance at all.

As friendly, curtious, professional staff as you would expect from the best private eye care centre anywhere. As for value for money, you wouldn't find better anywhere. Would not consider anyone else for sight correction or diagnosis, even if you paid me. Thoroughly satisfied with Specsavers Marion East.

Went to the store closest to Coles for my 12 month eye test and new glasses today. Great service as usual but special mention to optometrist Jennifer who answered all my questions. Thanks Specsavers!
