Specsavers Optometrists - Berri Riverland Central Plaza

All the staff at the Berri store were excellent and provided a great experience when completing the eye examination and fitting the new spectacles.

I wasn't sure if I should change my Optometrist.
I did and as a first time client I am more than happy with my new Glasses. I wasn't under any pressure to choose my frames quickly and was able to choose wisely. I had very good advice and explanation on what I could but and what extras were available for my glasses. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The optometrist himself was very good, informative, advised very well on my son’s needs, but I’ve bought three pairs of glasses in three weeks for myself and wear none of them much because they’re all unsuitable most of the time. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the advice hasn’t translated into real world practicality.

Such chirpy, caring staff. Love the way they relate to clients. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

I was asked by my Optometrist if I had considered bifocals, I was a tad reluctant as I have heard some negative feed back about them however he put my mind at ease as there was a 3 month testing time and I could return the glasses if they were unsuitable for me. I then returned to try on my glasses I had chosen of which they ordered in especially for me and the young lady who assisted me could not have been more helpful with my many questions also answered them honestly as she also had graded glasses. Sharmone was a delight and cudos to her professionalism and knowledge. I really don't know why I did not get graded glasses sooner, they are fabulous. Thank you Specsavers @ Berri, South Australia.

Customer service!
The big winner. The people are friendly and polite. They know how important it is to get your vision right.
I get a few industrial glasses per year and Carli has helped me out everytime. Even re-directing the new glasses order to the nearest Specsavers store closest to my jobs site. Saving 100's to 1,000's km away travel time.
My industry; No glasses, it's not safe to work.
I've travelled all over the world over many years, very good customer service out there. (Cultural differences) It's not that common in Australia.

I always feel so welcome at Specsavers Berri. The staff are warm and caring and go out of their way to get the best outcome for you. They are more than happy to help select frames, replace nose pads, re-order frames that are more compatible for your needs. The optometrists are also nice and obliging to help the best way possible. I needed a referral down the track and it was no problem at all to phone and have a referral forwarded on to the specialist rooms. A copy was also issued to me, next visit when collecting my prescription. Lovely bright, clean store. I highly recommend for anyone needing glasses to visit Specsavers Berri Store.

Optometrists was fantastic and the staff very friendly. Selection of glasses for someone that have a smaller bridge on my nose was limited.

The girl that tested my eye's before going into optometrists was fantastic at her job the optometrists was fantastic all so very friendly took time doing his job but the girl that helping with picking out my glasses was not hopefully at all I wanted to just pay for test and get them sum were else put I don't have time I am very busy man i was very unhappy with her service and will not go back to that store again in as my glasses are been posted out to me
