Amazing experience at Specsavers, not only for eye testing and glasses, but also when our daughter had an inflamed eye. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

It is always a pleasure to visit Specsavers at Edwardstown.
The staff there know their business so well and are always willing to help. It's nice to go back and be in the safe care of people you know (and have known for some time). Particular mention to their optometrist Philip Byrne and to Michele and Michelle, who each go out of their way to ensure they are helpful and courteous. They certainly ensure that each and every customer leaves with a smile on the dial.
The store carries a great range of frames, and is always clean and tidy. Good folk doing a great job!

The lady that did my eyes check was very thorough and professional i don't know her name but she had full covered clothes

After not getting the help I needed from a sister store, I thought I'd see if the Specsavers Edwardstown could help me. I instantly felt welcomed as I walked in with happy, professional staff there to help me. I needed extra trial contact lenses and they happily accommodated even though they hadn't set me up initially. The customer service was amazing! Save yourself the trouble of looking around and go see the team at Edwardstown.

Absolutely amazing experience earlier, everyone from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I’m nervous with appointments like this and they made me not only be comfortable with the whole experience, but i actually had laughs and enjoyed my time in my appointment and after when choosing my glasses:)

Over the years I used different providers but was never completely happy with glasses prescribed.
Recently I 've had excellent experience at Specsavers Edwardstown. Optometrist Thu got my prescription so very right and Thomas helped to choose stylish comfy and not expensive frames for my new glasses. Both Thu and Thomas are real professions in their fields and it's a pleasure to deal with experienced and well mannered people like them. I ' m really happy with my new glasses. Can see things so clearly now and feeling young again!
My hearing was checked there as well.

I have been going to Specsavers Optometrists - Edwardstown Castle Plaza S/C for many years and have always had great friendly professional service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Well just when l thought l had the perfect glasses and could see perfectly well it's not to be. After 4 attempts l still can't see across the street. How is it l can read the letters in the shop but when l get home it all goes down hill. Off for a 2nd opinion to see what the matter is. Hoping for some positive news.

Worst service ever, felt like I was in a cattle market being passed from one member of staff and seat to another (not good in COVID times!) and then made to feel like I was going blind by the optometrist. One member of staff took it upon themselves to try and keep passing me glasses to try when I didnt ask or want their help or lack of social distancing, Finally the bloke who took my measurements with the iPAD seemed to be taking them from the wrong angle. I questioned it at the time and he got all shirty and said that thats how its done. No I have nearly $1k of pairs of glasses that are unusable unless they are hanging off the end of my nose. If you want my advice go to Specsavers at Marion across from Coles.

Had an bitter experience @ castle plaza Specsavers the day before yesterday. Waited nearly an hour looking for advice but no one came to approach but at the same time two lady staffs were just having fun talking with another lady customer. Also an elderly lady staff was very very rude. She approached to me very rudely. I am a regular customer of Specsaver since 2010.

They are so good and so welcoming. I called in on 31st for an appointment cause my contact lenses tore and couldn’t do anything about it and I had an exam on 4th of January.
Amy fit me in so fast and she responded so quick.
The Optometrist Alina was so good that she offered me lots of options and gave me a trial lens so I could use it for my exam till I got a new one. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service is amazing.
