The staff at Sefton Park are amazing; super friendly and helpful. It’s never been an issue to go and get tested ; and if you do require assistance, all you need do is ask and someone will be able to sort you and your questions.

Recently had my eyes tested and got new glasses from these guys. Great customer service. And the optometrist was really friendly and very professional. Will definitely recommend these guys.

A longer than usual appointment today, due to extra testing. All done professionally, team where all great, a shout out to Lina for her exceptional service, honesty and helpfulness.

Very happy with Staff, my new Glasses are comfortable, the Transition lenses are wonderful.

Shout out to Paul, he was most helpful. I came in due for an eye test and looking to upgrade prescription glasses and contact lenses. They offer trial contacts too but did so without any pressure to have to buy up front. Good little store with good customer service.

I am always well look after when I do come for my annual eye test. If you are in a good thing, you stay put with them.

I made the appointment online, and was seen to promptly by staff on my arrival. The Staff are very helpful, know their product and tried many options to satisfy my request. Wanting something "different' resulted in a slightly longer selection process, but an acceptable frame was found in the end.

Went in earlier than my appointment time, staff were very ready and willing to help me. In time, and everything went well.l would strongly recommend friends looking for eye service.

If you are going to enforce mask rules then please make the staff follow the rules as well. I kept getting told off by a female worker as my mask drops under my nose when i talk and I try not to touch my mask as it is noted to avoid touching your mask as much as possible after you put it on and if you do touch your mask you need to sanitise your hands straight after. The lady that kept telling me off and kept touching her mask to show me how to do it.she never sanitised her hands while touching her mask and then other items.so keep in mind i kept pulling up my mask as requested, and touched glasses without using hand sanitiser as the lady in the shop did.

Always a positive experience at Sefton Plaza Specsavers. Dr Paul Jolley is marvelous and the staff are friendly and helpful.a brilliant selection of frames to choose from.i totally recommend it.

This morning I was served by Abbi at the Sefton Plaza store, and I have to say Abbi was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. A very dedicated optometry service provider and a credit to her industry.

Paul is an awesome optomotrist always friendly and honest, highly recommend seeing him. The customer service is excellent with fast efficient service with a smile every time. Excellent range of eyewear too!

First time, I've had my eyes tested, this century. Therefore I haven't got many places to compared this shop to. But I was very impressed by their processes and technologies they used. The person who checked my eyes was polite and very knowledgeable.

I have only ever had positive experiences with Specsavers Sefton Plaza. Paul the optometrist is the best health care professional that I have come across. He was friendly and engaging. I felt like I was a person rather than a number and actually enjoyed my eye test. The staff are also helpful. I ordered some contact lenses through the store, which ended up being out of stock, but Specsavers offered me some trial lenses to help me get by.

They spoiled a nice sunnies when we got it reglazed at this shop. Poor job done by the Specsavers. I’d call them Specs destroyers in this case. They didn’t refund the money as well. Only thing we got was a sorry your frame is too stretched now because of your prescription. We used to go to Specsavers only in the U. K.but not anymore in Australia. It might just be a poor job by someone but sadly Specsavers didn’t make it good and didn’t even try. Wify had a very sad day because she really liked those sunshades and had them for over 5 yrs.

Would like to recomend the optomotrist who performdd my annual check. Polite and bubbly personality that made what would have been a pretty mundane visit a pleasant experience.
