Very happy with the staff, they are all pleasant and I feel welcome. The choice of frames are really good and the assistance in choosing is most welcome. Feel the staff really care about me. The advice and fitting was excellent. I got some lovely glasses that I am delighted with.

Just went in last week for a couple of pairs of the new mimco frames Which I love.
I was taken in by a lovely lady Kerri Anne for a basic hearing test to see if I needed further test. Happily I did not. Then I was seen by Wei the optometrist. Who was polite friendly and informative regarding my eyesight issues. I then saw Gabby who was so very kind and helpful, she helped me choose two pairs of glasses. Making sure I was happy with my choices. One for driving and light issues. So very happy with my choices and the great professional team that served me.

Very professional friendly staff made sure I was happy with my choice of frames. Explained the different options with lenses. They were not pushy but very informative. Optometrist was thorough and answered any questions I had with care. They also did a hearing test after my eye exam.

My 1st ever eye test, Im 45 years old, I'd like to recommend Nuriootpa specsavers to anyone in the Barossa, i was made to feel so welcomed, the ladies in that store are absolutely fabulous and professional

Unfortunately I had to get my eyes test and yep turns out they are shot. So I went to the Nuriootpa branch. From the minute I walked in to getting them tested to the gentleman that helped me see clearly again well done. Every single person in this shop are polite, kind, caring, and actually treat you like a human. There is one particular person I would like to say a huge thank you. That’s Lucy she was so gentle spoke so politely was so kind, answered all my questions and fitted my glasses to my face. Thank you Lucy for having an awesome customer service nature. Well done to the whole store.

I was very happy with the results of the Audiology test I had at the Nuriootpa Specsavers facility.

I was very satisfied with both my new glasses particularly my prescription sun glasses for driving. The staff were excellent.

I decided to visit Nuriootpa Specsavers today and I was attended by a great service attendant Kate Morton. She has such an Amazing personality and extremely helpful.

The staff and doctor were incredibly helpful to me when I tore my contact lens while on vacation and found that I had not brought a backup. They found the best match in what they had in the store very quickly and provided to us for a more than reasonable price. Without them my vacation would have been much less enjoyable as I was visiting from the US and could not possibly use my own doctor.
