Such a well run store. The staff were kind yet honest when helping me pick my new glasses. The optometrist was great, very thorough and understood my concerns. I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers Marion, I will be recommending you to everyone!

I recently bought glasses here and enjoying the new pair, Georgia helped me with my glasses she was very helpful in finding the best offer from the multiple offers going at the time. I used my healthfund on some high end options and had a small out of pocket gap. For a very busy store they run very well. Should have gone to Specsavers.

They are the rudest staff and so unhelpful! Didn’t even get a smile out of any of them. So blunt and customer service doesn’t exist in that store. So so rude will not be going there again! They definitely need to re think who they employ.

Very average service from the minute we walked in. The last girl who you sit down with to complete order was not helpful at all. More interested in checking her teeth in the mirror! Very rushed did not receive any help choosing frames, all in all I don’t think I’ll go back 21/1/23. Advise I can give if you don’t want to work there go and get another job.

If I was rating the customer service and caring approach, it would definitely be 5 stars, if I was rating the quality of their eyeglasses lenses I could only give 2-3 stars. It is the my clarity of vision, not customer service that matters most. Yes they are cheaper, but in my opinion, their lenses are just average. This year, I paid extra and went with another company. All I can say is, I can see much better through their lenses than specsavers lenses. Yes, specsavers seem to be cheaper than anyone else, but there is a reason for it, their customer service is fantastic, the lenses quality not so good, after you leave the shop, it is the lenses that you are looking through that matters.

I’m not surprised by seeing such a low ratings. Unfriendly staff and not sufficient advice for customers. I made my first reading glasses that costed me $250, but they were not useful at all. When I gone back there, they asked for another $150. I do not recommend it, spend your money somewhere else.

I had to edit my review, today 16 Nov, they lost me and another family member as customers forever. Pretty bad service. Goodbye SpecSavers!

I had to go back and get my lenses re-tested. The 2nd test was so much better. Hoping when I pick them up all will be fixed and ready to see clearly.

Hard to fault. I have had lesser experience at other Specsavers, but the Marion store was first class.

Fantastic service, excellent quality lenses and frames certainly I would recommend Specsavers to those who need glasses.

Always have a positive experience here. The staff are friendly and very professional for both eye and hearing tests. The tests are very thorough and they explain everything to you. They have an excellent range of glasses to choose from at good prices, and the hearing aids are good quality and affordable.

Very friendly and helpful service from all attending staff. Knowledge of products and services that I am entitled to access. I will this agency again.

Booked in for an Eye Test at 11.05am. Checked in at 11.00am and handed over Medicare, BUPA and RAA Cards. Waited 50 minutes without being seen and ended up leaving because I had somewhere else to be. Can't complain about the service because there wasn't any. Lots of people walking around with tablets but no one seems to know what's going on. Will give them a wide birth in future.

We were served by Ash who was so helpful and friendly and the whole experience easy and pleasant. Thank you Ash!

Annoyed at receiving 2 Specsavers cases instead of the cases that come with the new glasses I ordered. Not even given an option.

My first ever purchase at Marion store may be a week ago.when I went to collect my glasses they won't fit properly.on asking the staff to fix it, she had the audacity to say `your new glasses are big and chunky, may be that's why you are feeling the difference.the glasses are still very unfit and loose for my face.they gave a case which doesn't fit my glasses.i didn't realize there as I wore new glasses and didn't try the case. I have to go again to store to get glasses fixed and change the case.what a wastage of time.

Good professional and friendly service. Spectacles have a good range in price and many styles to choose from.
