Great service, helpful, very knowledgeable.
A better range of glasses would have been good, but asides from that fabulous experience at Specsavers

Really unhappy with this center as I ordered a pair of glasses and after I went home, I had an allergic reaction with red dots all over the bridge of my nose and my ears where the glasses sat. I called the next day to say what had happened and was told to come in to reverse the charges on my card. I then went in butwas told they were already ordered and I had to wait until they arrived to come in and try for a refund. I cannot understand why I was told to come in but the order wasn't cancelled?

Exceptional service. Every time I have an issue with my glasses, Norwood Specsavers offer the best service and come to the rescue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your help and efficiency.

Eye test seemed to go ok and I ordered the two pairs of specs on special. Neither the reading glasses or the driving glasses have been any use. Wearing the reading specs, I have to hold my phone or paperwork beyond a comfortable arms length, just to get it close to focus. Not sure what's gone wrong, I resorted to my $10 off the peg +2.0 specs and have no problems with them. The driving glasses do nothing to improve my long range vision. So I'm reluctant to give SS another try.

Lovely ladies at the front and exception effort from Jun the optometrist. Everyone helped me the best they could, and helped with my medicare setup, the best frames and best way to protect my eyes, etc. Im very happy with my experience and with my glasses, truly quick and helpful. Nosh especially helping out with frames, I appreciated any input she had and had amazing customer service. Thanks specsavers norwood:)

Overall pretty good but I would like the option of buting Transition branded lenses as they offer multiple colors etc

I have always had exceptional service at Norwood. Allanah has helped me choose glasses for many years, she is always friendly, helpful and honest.

Had issues with hearing aid not working. Left with the store for repairs. Unfortunately not back in the time frame anticipated which made a 70th birthday party very difficult for me at a restaurant, as I virtually struggled to hear any conversation. However a positive ending to the situation when the hearing aid was returned working better than ever! So my sincerest thanks to audiologist Adrian who always offers outstanding customer service. To Ryan also, the manager a big thank you, and last but not least, thanks Alana, the audiology assistant. Great people to deal with!

Went for an eye check for myself and my 2 kids. Optometrist Alexandra was thorough and pleasant, informative, quick and easy. Hedwig the owl distracted my kids just fine. Thanks guys!

Great customer service from Jesse. I had walked in to get my specs fitting done and he did it just in a few minutes, with great perfection. Keep up the good work.

I really enjoyed Jesse’s guidance with my contact lens teaching and fitting. He was helpful, patient and encouraging and suggested things I could try on the fly. He helped me to actually find a technique that suits me. I have had two of these sessions before at a different optometrist and I found it difficult and it put me off wearing contacts. This time however, it was super easy! Not to mention it was free so that’s excellent. Thanks Jesse!

Grace was amazing today and spent so much time helping me pick my new glasses. Told me the truth about whether they looked good or not as well which was super helpful. Thankyou Grace for making this one of the easiest appts for me!

Claire Ong is the best optometrist I have ever met. She was so friendly and kind for eye check up of my daughter and my wife. Everything was on time. Thank you Claire and team for your kind assistance.

Very polite and helpful and Jesse was extremely good in helping me choose smart frames. He also guided me into getting thinner lenses and coating on my glasses.
I would highly recommend going to this branch.

Very helpful. Despite some reluctance on my part I was gently and professionally guided to a new design and look. All for better. Fast turnaround and fitting. Doesn't get any better than this for the price IMO. Special thanks to Cheryl.
