Spalding Lodge Unit 12

Cooking utilities provided inside the unit were great but no shampoo nor body wash were provided. The manager was very attentive. The lack of supply for heating in the bedrooms that made me ill in winter days. The reversed cycle airconds (window unit and split system) are only good for the lounge room and kitchen. Manager said that she will provide portable heater for bedroom after I check out (my stay was a week time).

Great clean tidy place everything in it u need for cooking plus more. Car park a bit squeasy for 4wd drives. Very impressed

Showing its age but still great value. Excellent views over the bay. Wojld definitely recommend.

It was clean and comfortable. A little loud at times, but reasonable I think. No huge parties or anything like that, just petite apartments
Where is the laundry?

The bedroom doesn’t have a heat/ air conditioner. It was very cold. Everything else was indeed up to date.

To be honest we were a bit worried on arrival as the building itself needs a paint job. However, inside was different. Lovely and clean. Comfy lounge area.great views.
Bathroom needs an upgrade but was nice and clean. We were very happy.

Was not the cleanest. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in most rooms, dirty towels, broken cupboard handles and cupboard, dried food on the crockery, dirty windows inside and out and broken patio furniture. Curtains did not cover some windows properly. After we cleaned the unit and bought new towels we enjoyed the fabulous view and great location.

Two huge self contained rooms with everything you need plus reverse cycle reconditioning. Car spot too small for4WD. Shower goes cold. We liked it otherwise.

Affordable self-contained unit with sea views. Close distance to city centre. Unit 12 also has free wifi. Great value!

Great place for a weekend away or longer. Quick flight from Adelaide gets you here. If you just want to hand around town it's a quick walk to cafes and shops. Otherwise you can rent a car a get further afield. We stayed in unit 7, it has everything you need for a great stay as a couple or with a couple of kids.
Very reasonable accommodation rates. A really great feature that we loved was a completely private sheltered balcony overlooking Boston Harbour. It also has a private swimming pool we could have used in warmer weather.
