31Slick sales man who wants a deposit with placing a order for a spa which arrives 7 months later, it's all down hill from there no communication empty promise and to top it off dealing with a call centre which is in New Zealand PS the sales person who originally make the sale can't even call the customer back avoid were possible please people

If you're after a Spa, then this place is definitely worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also very accommodating. We've recommended a couple other people we know who were after a spa and they both bought from here. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
Excellent Customer Service.we popped in just to "have a look" and ended up happily buying a new spa. Tom was so helpful, showed us different options to consider, explained what we wanted to know and made suggestions that related to our home set up. On the next day when we had another query and popped back into the showroom Tom was able to quickly answer our questions. Our buying experience was a very positive one.and the service offered was warm and personal. Now looking forward to our delivery.

Been there today at 10: 45am when the openning hours is 10am and to my surprise, the store is close. What a waste.
In 2021 we went to the Pool and Spa show and met Harry from Spa World. What an absolute professional, who has a no-nonsense approach to selling, and knows his product. He explains in detail and answers all our questions and also advised on items that we didn’t need but thought we did. We purchased the Vortex Hydrozone 1.5m, and this has been the best purchase we have ever made. It is easy to maintain and to be honest requires very little attention to balancing chemicals. We managed to fit the unit under our veranda so its fully enclosed and makes it easy to get out of on those cold evenings. Harry has been fantastic and continues to be, answering ongoing questions I have from time to time, and he is running the Canberra Store and I am in Adelaide. If you are thinking about investing in a pool, I would seriously look at this option before deciding and go and speak to the Steve or Harry at Spa World. Great Team, Great Product, Well Done!

Website Problems - I looked on your website on Mon 14 Mar 22 to check if you were open. The website said opened and closes at 4pm. I also contacted the phone number to confirm as it was a public holiday and most other Shops were closed. The phone service advised that you were open in Mile End SA even though it was a public holiday. We made the 50km trip to find the store closed.
Visited to get pricing for parts and advice re repairing my current spa. Steve provided advice in relation to sourcing parts and pros and cons of repairing ageing spa or replacing with new unit. Demonstrated new units and provided general outline of products and related brochures. Was knowledgeable about range available and obviously believes in priduct he sells. Did not pressure or push for a sale and left me to browse and read. Store well laid out and floor stock has plenty information attached re features and pricing. Pricing very reasonable.
We met Steve from Spa World at the Pool and Spa Expo and from the minute we met him, we knew we had a met an expert in the trade. We had originally been thinking about installing a pool, however after speaking with Steve we knew that a swim spa made sense. Not long after we purchased the Vortex Hydrozone Swim Spa, and let me tell you, it is the best decision and purchase we have ever made. We can swim in it all year round, set the temp to what we want and we use the spa section every single night. They are super easy to use and maintain.
The service from Steve and the Spa World team was magnificent through out the whole process, always there to answer questions and made the delivery and installation process seamless. They also managed to source us a spa a lot sooner than we expected. The aftercare service is also genuine and easy to access. If you are thinking of buying a swim spa or spa, go and see Steve at Spa World you will not be disappointed!
Great experience with Steve at Spa World in buying our new spa. Steve offered excellent advice the first time when entered the store and thoroughly explained the product, other what to look for, pitfalls and listened to our needs. Steve then invited us to book in for a "wet test" to make sure it was the right spa for us. A week later my partner and our kids took the plunge and tested the spa in their showroom. As a result of this test, which I think we stayed for over an hour, we purchased. Our spa was delivered a week ago and I was very impressed with the delivery team.
We have used the spa every night and even contacted Steve a couple of times as Im a spa "newbie" and wanted to ensure I was following all the directions correctly.
Steve has always been friendly, informative and helpful, even when he's been on days off.
Went to Spa World and waited patiently as the sales consultant was dealing with someone else then after waiting for them to finish I tried to approach the sales guy and couldn't see him anywhere. Heard he was at his lunch room making coffee. Didn't bother coming to us to ask if we need anything.
Don't bother wasting your time to go there.
I have just purchased a spa for myself and my son and I must say the perfesonal and fantastic service I received from Steve was excellent be explained everything in detail gave me all the options and at no stage did he ever pressure me to purchase. Once I decided to purchase Stev followed up with phone calls to make sure I was aware of delivery time and what was needed to make sure the delivery went to plan. I must also say the delivery by Thomas was excellent I recommend anybody looking to purchase a Spa will not be disappointed in not only the quality of the spa the service and follow up Thanks Guys very much appreciated

Went to spa expo today and waited patiently as the sales consultant was dealing with someone else then after waiting for them to finish I tried to approach the sales guy then I got an answer "I'm busy mate" then walked away not knowing he himself where to go and what to do just to avoid us. I was supposed to ask a question and will go with your company as I am building at the moment and have extra to get a swim spa and was supposed to be ready to put in a deposit since I really liked the Vortex spa and the size fits for us, but with the attitude that I have seen today, I decided to go with someone else instead.
Bought my spa 2 years ago and just after Xmas my fountain jets became blocked so popped in for a chat and Steve showed me how to fix it.works just like new now.thanks Steve for taking time to show me how to take the jet out.very helpful Thankyou
Swim Spa arrived on time, installers did a very careful job. It took a couple of weeks for us to get an electrician but everything worked as promised once it was wired up.
We had some trouble with wiring for 3-phase (which apparently is rare) and programming DIP switches for four swim jets, however the Spa World chatline was able to help us with all necessary resources.
Despite careful filling we had a dreaded airlock in the Swim section (but not the Spa section. Steve helped us to work through the necessary steps to get rid of it even though it was late on a Friday evening.
It was switched on for Christmas Day to the great delight of the grandchildren!
