I shopped around, researching and visiting all Spa dealerships, and found Spamart to be the most sincere and provided great customer service. Many spa shops felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen, which was not at all my experience at Spamart. When my spa was delivered, a few jets weren't pumping any water, so I contacted Spamart. They sent someone out the same day, and adjusted the jets on the spot, resolving the issues immediately - great customer service.
We are loving our new Sundance spa, absolutely no regrets - we are in it everyday, and feeling so much more relaxed with less aches and pains.

These guys are simply amazing. They are a wealth of knowledge of all things spas and I found them particularly helpful in sourcing parts including jets and housings for my older Heritage Spa. Their knowledge base and willingness to help is unequalled.

Bought a spa today from this friendly lovely salesperson. She was so helpful and explain everything. Was not put off about any questions that we asked. They will have our business always.

I won't shop anywhere else for my pool gear. Craig is the man. Best prices, excellent knoedge and brilliant service. Can not recommend enough.

Great place to get your pool supplies, water tested and trouble shoot problems and a million times more helpful than Zodiac direct, don't bother with Zodiac unless you have a love of hold music and perpetually being asked to wait whilst they handball you to another dead end, only to finally get cut off!

Staff are friendly but cant comment on spa and the services they are as only went to service their Forklift

Worse place i have ever been, worst customer service.
They are so rude and they wont try and help you at all when it comes to warranty and charge you time and a half for products compared to the pool supermarket.

I have proof of payment and an invoice that is incomplete, now i can not claim my warranty and had to buy a new pump out of pocket.

They have ignored the situation for 3 months now leaving us with a pool not usable this summer.

Definately recommend staying away.

Fantastic service from these guys, my pump died about a month ago, l contacted several other companies and they all failed to show up.l was then recommended to contact Spa Mart and they did not disappointed. Craig and Kelly were very helpful and had someone come afterhours, 7pm my Spa was running again. That is above and beyond great serive. You guys rock!

Fantastic service from a great company, they made buying a spa an absolute ease and even delivered it to Streaky Bay for a very small fee.

I bought the 15 amp Miami spa for my balcony and absolutely love it. My spa was delivered and set up. The power of the jets is amazing and couldn't be happier. Best money ever spent! Thank you Craig and the guys for delivering and setting it up.

After all our research Spa Mart at O’Halloran Hill was by far the best for quality product, service, delivery and spares/supplies. I would recommend Craig and his team for knowledge, experience, friendly customer service (no pushy sales tactics). I will continue to go back there for spa supplies but also if I have any spa related questions/issues. Thank you for everything.
