I just had the most beautiful and relaxing facial with Karina from Body Institute. The overall experience was incredible. From the beautiful room energy, to the lovely natural skincare she used and the arm & hand massage was just divine! I left feeling relaxed and my skin was beyond thankful! I will be back in for another!

I sought out Karina to help me with some old acne issues as she seemed to know her stuff.and indeed she did! After an initial session or two and a live blood analysis she got me on a fairly easy program with liquid herbs, probiotics and some other things. And after a couple months, my acne really cleared up and has maintained much more clear than before I had those sessions with Karina earlier this year. Karina has been amazing throughout my journey learning to control my eczema, skin sensitivities and allergies. She has recommended so many good products including probiotics to help with my gut health and has also tailor-made some creams which have helped with my eczema massively. I also had an unrelated surgery and unfortunately suffered an infection, but she was still constantly checking up on me and made sure I was doing well throughout my recovery. If I have any other problems, I know where she is and can’t recommend her enough!?

Georgia is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was feeling lethargic and traditional medicine clearly showed not to be a solution. Georgia provided some simple and effective nutrition advice. I've used most services at Body Institute and I've been so happy with each of them. The juice cleanses are fresh, tasty and such good quality. You're constantly drinking so you don't feel hungry and wake up feeling so much flatter in the tummy. The facials are out of this world, I could fall asleep after the head massage every time! And the naturopaths who work there are so kind, knowledgeable, understanding and determined to treat the cause of your problems and not just the symptoms. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
