Josh has been pivotal in my recovery and has worked wonders for me. I highly recommend Josh as an osteo, he has a great approach and is very personable.

My wife and I have been attending the clinic over the last few years, and every treatment has been exceptional. Brendan Wood is the top Osteopath in SA for advice, kindness, courtesy and professionalism. All staff from reception to the other specialists are also very friendly, welcoming and professional too.
I only hope that I can find a similar clinic in the UK as we have to return to the UK soon. We can highly recommend the Brendan and the whole team.

I was a bit iffy going back to see an osteopath as my last experience was not helpful. These guys came highly recommend from a friend and I thought why not. I have been suffering from issues in my back for years and have not been able to crack it with previous osteopaths, remedial massage therapists, physiotherapy or chiropractic work. Not only do I feel 10 years younger but I am so much happier now that my back pain has finally been eased. I am absolutely blown away. I have seen both Roz and Josh and their service is above and beyond. You have a lifetime customer and I am so happy to have been recommended to you. I will be forever greatful to them for giving me back my life.

Dr Joshua Saxton is amazing and willing to work in with other practitioners when your issue may not be straight forward. Very empathetic and professional. Staff are also welcoming!

Fantastic care provided by Dr Joshua. I came in with a 3 week old neck strain, in tears and in a lot of pain. Dr Joshua listened to my distressed concern, asked many important questions and attended me in a kind and professional manner. I had 2 sessions, and its been a week since my last session and I am pain free and regained my mobility in my neck (regained my life as the pain and discomfort was not allowing me to live). Thank you Dr Joshua healing me. Also thank you to Ms Holly who was very attentive to me.

Osteopathy is so underrated in my opinion. I was not sleeping well & waking up with aches, come here for treatment, get fixed. I've been a client here before and just returned after a few years. I've seen several different Osteo's in the team here and not disappointed.

Look no further. Practitioners here - are just amazing. I have had problems with my back (heavy lifter - gym junkie) and had Jason and Andrea and few others working on it overtime, and did amazing job:)

I have been to Southside Clinic numerous times now. Each visit they have been able to help me with either the treatment of sports injuries I have sustained or in managing previous injuries. I also find the treatments beneficial for the everyday wear and tear I get from the physical work I do.
I like to think they are cross between a Physio and Chiro. Best of both worlds!
The good looking staff is also a bonus!

The Osteopaths at Southside Clinic make such a difference. The convenience of an online booking system means that you can arrange your appointments in your own time. Treatments have really helped in managing long term back problems.

Always fantastic service, genuine compassion & dedication. After 15+ years of back pain, Andrea quickly resolved my issues and she & her team now provide occasional support for a variety of temporary concerns. In more recent years, I was able to have any pregnancy ailments safely adjusted which enabled me to work in a physical job until 34 weeks. Amazing! Thank you Andrea & team x
