I’m fortunate enough to have southern cross chiropractic as a personal sponsor, i currently do amateur boxing as a sport & work in a labour job so I struggled a lot with lower back pain, after my first adjustment I haven’t had any issues so I’m able to put in 110% into my training & work! Callum is an absolute legend!

4 weeks ago I was in constant pain and felt like I had the body of an 80yo.

Dr Callum and his team are amazing. I’ve come with two different issues and over time with a care plan my pain and discomfort has completely gone. The reception ladies are amazing, always helping with appointments. They are family friendly and allow me to bring my kids in with me as needed so I can keep up my maintenance.

My friend that goes here pays $55 per adjustment, I was charged $71 for every adjustment. When brought up it was originally a different care plan. Then I got another phone call and was told it's to do with having been a customer for longer. So they hike the prices up for new customers instead of a steady increase for everyone. They claim its not to do with money, yet their whole model is to rush customers through on 3 adjustment tables, next to no talking to the customer about any problems. I also brought up with Callum that after 3-4 weeks of 3 adjustments a week that my neck pain had no change, and he brushed it off and blamed me for not doing the additional at home things even though he was charging me money to attend. Poor service considering I made a complaint about pain after paying $71 per session to no improvement to my neck. My neck being the reason I started attending.

Poor service. The chiro won't give you the actual time to attend to your injuries/pains, will only take enough time to take your money.

They did refund me my money, but that doesn't refresh my maxed Health insurance after getting charged an inflated price for the same service.

The team here are absolutely amazing. The improvement in such a short amount of time have been amazing and 100% trust Callum and the team! Will continue to keep coming here for many years to come. 10/10 recommend

I was struggling with restricted movement of my neck from a long time but after attending sc chiropractor my health started improving. Really happy with treatment as proper treatment plan is provided.

Happy Friendly staff, very accommodating.

I’ve had on going issues with my lower back for over 16 years and always been far to stubborn to see anyone about it, but when I saw a special offer for new clients at Southern Cross Chiropractic, I though “why not? ! ”.
Prior to visiting I was having daily headaches and heaps of troubles getting a good night sleep, which I never even thought could have been due to constrictions in the nervous system.
After even just my first couple of weeks of adjustments with Callum the headaches completely disappeared. I’ve been getting regular adjustments for a little over a month now and I’ve had a solid nights sleep almost every night and my flexibility of movement is getting so much better.

I absolutely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have been such a massive help in changing my life from being a daily struggle of pain, headaches and lack of sleep to actually feeling like a human again
I always look so forward to heading in to see them cause Callum and the girls are honestly all so fantastic and make you feel like someone actually cares.

Fantastic services from reception, fantastic work from the practitioner, well worth coming here for any chiropractic help.

Had a massive pain coming in with lower spint pain that lasted 3 years and when the xray was done found there was so many complications added to it. Started my treatment and 1.5 months down had 80% of my pain gone.
The staff is amazing and friendly and Doc works magic. X rays were taken on site to monitor my body and would hands down recommend to anyone. Cheers.

I walked in to Southern Cross Chiro in a world of pain, pretty sure I cried that day! I had x-rays and photos taken. Dr Callum talked me through what my body was doing and a 3 month plan to get me back in shape. I’m 1.5 months in and I’m not quite running yet, but I’m walking like your average human being! There’s been amazing progress and I am thankful for it all. There is a welcoming vibe in the rooms and ladies at reception are incredibly professional and helpful. I definitely trust my spine with these guys!
