I love this place. I can see good changes even only 1 month. I found what was the problem on my body by data and photos, and now, its getting better. I realized that understand body problem is very important. I'm really happy thay I found this place. Everyone is friendly and kind. Thank you very much for answering my questions all the time and also I appreciate flexibility of changing schedule.

Who would have thought going to the chiro would be so enjoyable! But for real, the staff there are so amazing from reception to the chiropractor!

My experience with Dr Matt has been excellent. I have had much less pain since I started the treatment and overall quality of life has significantly improved.

I have arm to shoulder pain for almost 6 months which irritated me a lot, and this was the reason why I decided to try Southern Cross Chiropractic with Dr. Matt. After 1 mo.of treatment the pain lessen, I can sleep sideways now. I highly recommend Southern Cross Chiropractic to others! All the staff are friendly, and welcoming.

Have been to the clinic for a month now. Seen some improvements. Dr Matt is resourceful and he listens to your concerns. The girls are very nice. Although a bit pricey, it will be worth it. Will wait and see how the whole program turns out later.

I have been visiting this practice for 3 years now, and during that time I have received excellent care and service from all the chiropractors I've seen as well as the friendly reception staff. Callum and Matt are both friendly, knowledgeable practitioners who provide excellent adjustments and initial patient care. The ladies at reception do a great job of ensuring customers are well looked after from the time they arrive until they moment they step out of the door. Very professionally run practice with a convenient and well set up location in the city.

As an industry, we know Chiro is snake-oil, however most of us are willing to try anything when we’re desperate to feel better (even if typical half hour after a crack from endorphins). In short, saw these guys for about a year & mild improvements and no real exercises that other customers note they received support on.so not sure who is writing the reviews (?). Now, In trying to get another appointment as 1 year has lapsed, they want a full consult and evaluation (which costs lots more initially). In short, out of pocket with no benefits. I wanted them to be different.

The staff are great. Matt has been doing my adjustment. I have found a real improvement. Rosslyn at front desk is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

The team at Southern across Chiro are amazing! They explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, and make an effort to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Excellent customer service from everybody there, and I always feel so much better after ‘popping in’ for an adjustment. Definitely recommend this place.

This is a great place! Comprehensive analysis including X-rays and posture. 90 plan to help with many visits included, foam roller, exercises with video instructions and friendly staff. Great work Matt and Roslyn!

I reached out to Southern Cross for my neck stiffness and shoulder pain. For 3 months, I am under a spine correction programme with Matt and his wonderful team members Roz and Tash. Matt literally helped me improve on my flexibility and his adjustments have eased my pain considerably. He suggests gentle stretching and strengthening exercises that are easy to follow. I am seeing a continuous improvement in my daily activities and with routine follow-ups, my life has never been better! Matt is a wonderful chiropractor and his approach to attending to the cause is highly recommended!
