The receptionists have the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Seems like the do not care about patients and would rather be any where else.

Don't want to mention the practitioners name specifically but due to the one person and their service provided over 2 separate times of contact. I will not visit this clinic again. It's not ok to attempt to charge someone a service fee without advising them there would be one during a results call! During the in person GP consult, I was made to feel rushed and my questions were repeatedly answered with the same response as before. I did not feel I was assessed properly but trusted the process. I will also add that the booked duration of time for in person consult ended much earlier than allocated booked time. Which is fine but not if you're making the patient feel rushed. Now trying to charge me for a few additional questions I asked during a call back for results. Confirms the type of service and lack of care by this practioner.

Dr. Joel Wren has been helping me cope and dr. Wren is also a G. P.who is a well rounded individual that also practices alternative pain medication by means of cannabis CBD/THC.
My treatment is for chronic pain and the best thing about my treatment is that I'm able to sleep some nights better than others.
The staff are friendly and well mannered of which helps a great deal in obtaining a personal repertoire.

Hey guys, Im just going to start off by saying that I understand it must be a busy time for you all with Easter this weekend.

I just called up regarding my brother who has bipolar and comes to your practice on a regular basis. He is staying with me at the moment in Western Australia. This morning he called up to try and get a script for his medication which he heavily relies on. He came off the phone very scrambled and stressed after a receptionist told him there was like no way they could get a script for him (Easter weekend/doctors on leave/doctors have Covid) and that he had to sort it out himself. I don’t think you understand how stressful that can be for someone with his medical condition. Luckily he is staying with me so I called back up to get more information on how I could organise this for him. I understand that he may have come across rude on the phone but unfortunately his condition can come accross that way especially if he is stressed out. I’m Not sure who I spoke with but the lady on the phone came accross very agitated with every question I asked regarding the matter and it honestly really upset me. She did not care. Please be kind & a little more understanding and do not shrug someone off because they don’t have an appointment. I was genuinely concerned about my brothers health and well-being and as representative of my brothers GP, you should to. A little bit of compassion goes a long way.
