Husband & I found this holiday home in Hayborough thanks to South Coast Realty. Their agent Inge was most professional in ascertaining our need, and responding to our queries. We were provided with a choice of property within our budget and guess what? We had an awesome time. We had all the information we needed before time for our planning. On the day we reached Victor Harbor, we were given brochures of activities and places we can be visiting and complimentary chocolate! That made it all so very sweet ^O^ We had to extend our stay by 2 days in the end, and all of that was no trouble. We were met with lots of understanding, care and support. Tania, has gone over and beyond! She has made the process of selling my father's house after him having to go into aged care, stressless. We live interstate so it was hard for us to be on the ground. Tania organised everything, staging, gardening, removal of items to charity, disposal of unwanted items, repairs, maintenance around the property, there was nothing she couldn't do. I would also suggest taking all the advice she has as she knows how to get the best price for your property, which is exactly what she did. There was no hidden agenda, she was upfront and transparent with all the stages. Her communication with us was brilliant all the way through the selling process. Nothing too much trouble!
Angie was amazing from the very beginning when we called in to see her as a 'walk in'. No pressure at all, just clear information for us to make a decision when the time was right. We reside overseas so communication was a challenge on some occasions due to telco companies and time zone differences but Angie handled it all perfectly and was flexible when timelines changed due to tax advice on our end. Her communication with us was clear and allowed all parties to fully understand the restrictions and requirements both were operating under.

If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional agent with excellent communication and local knowledge you've found one in Angie. We will certainly be back to see her in a few years when we're looking to re-enter the market on the South Coast.
