Soul Origin

Avoid if you want to grab a salad to takeaway whilst doing a morning shop. No salads until 11am. It's basically being a KFC and not serving fried chicken until midday. Lazy way to run a business and it's a very poor service for customers. No surprise the eateries were busy near them whilst people were having a look at soul origin and then walking away. Not good enough.

As a regular customer at this store, I have been very disappointed since my regular barista, Jess, has left the company. Ever since, I felt as though I have not been getting the same level of customer service or quality.

I've been here four times now (out of convenience) and everytime the Barista acts as if it's an inconvenience for her to make and serve coffee. She doesn't have to smile or give eye contact, just pretend that's she's not hating life working here would make a world of difference.

Killa coffee but rude staff: (I had a blonde lady serve me with the wrong coffee order. I am very careful with food and drink as I have a dietary restriction. The lady that served me misheard the order which is fine, it happens. She proceeded to tell me that’s what I ordered but it most certainly was not, she made a new coffee, slammed it down on the bench and stormed off. No apology or have a nice day.

Ttp. Had a chicken and avo but I can't really say it was worth $11. Service was 'non-iterested' and sloppy-thrown into the bag so when I took it out it was all over the inside of the bag. The girl who served me doesn't seem to enjoy her job much.
This is the first time I've been disappointed by Soul Origan.

I was at TTP on last Saturday and they were super busy but still provide Ham and cheese croissant with tomatoes as my kids love it. Salads always looks yummy and healthy. Particularly Vegan & GF options. Ice Matcha was great and same taste even they were busy. Quality maintained always from this place. Must visit once if you around TTP….:)

I stopped here for a dirty chai while walking around Tea Tree Plaza.
The coffee was excellent.
If I wasn't so full from lunch, there is an amazing range of cakes, rolls and sandwiches to choose from.
The staff were friendly.
It was clean.
Definitely a place to try when touring TTP.

I am absolutly discussed, I orderd a coffee an a mocha crusher had to wait 1 1/2hrs got a warm crusher an a cold 1/2 cup coffee. I get coffee regularly from this place as to why I orderd.

I contacted the TTP Westfield store to see if they might do an order for Christmas Day, and the Store Manager, Kush kindly agreed and also agreed to delivery the platters straight to us. The salad and fruit platters were delicious and their presentation was fantastic. We even got given a bag of chocolates! The whole process was effortless. The communication from Kush was fantastic, as was his customer service. I highly recommend this store, and their food! Thank you Kush, I will be ordering again!

Good place to have coffee. Too many choices of food. Tried Chicken Avocado wrap and it was perfect combo of chicken and avo. Good Customer service.

Salads look good on display but when you order them the staff serving put mainly lettuce in your purchase and very little meat. When i asked for the chicken schnitzel salad I got all lettuce and had to ask for chicken so walked away. Very ecpensive for what you get. Won't go back.

Cheerless and disinterested staff. Wondered if I was invisible at first. Staff need to remember to ask what else you want. Not a lot of salad options remaining by 2pm. Coffee is ok. Foodcourt seating is ok. Got half a smile as I handed over the money. The food was tasty enough.

Sale persons dont listen to customers wants/ need ignores all communication with customer to just make a buck when your paying top dollar for a meal you expect quality not just rabbit food

Had all the salads packed up in containers to early. We couldnt choose what we wanted. It was only 1.45pm and could only have what was packed. Sort of goes against the concept.

Love the food but sometimes there isn't enough chicken or pork in the salads so you end up with too much pasta or coleslaw.
Coffee is always great!

The young girl with the glasses is very rude as my friend was ordering a meal she was careless and all out rude wont be going back there

Ordered a coffee with less milk, yet when it came out, the cup was full. The lady was very helpful in offering to change it.or so I thought.
So, eventually I walked away with my coffee, and only later discovered I was simply given the same coffee cup again, pretending they made my coffee again. Seriously? #customerlostforever

We wanted to get some hot chocoates this morning and were given two coffees instead. They were scalding hot and it was uncomfortable to hold the takeaway cup. By the time they had cooled down enough to taste we had walked down the end of the mall. We walked back and asked for the hot chocolate we originally ordered (which was even written on the lids of the coffees) and the barista apologised and remade our order. Unfortunately the drinks were still extremely hot and just tasted like plain milk. Very disappointed and this carelessness just led to both the coffees and the 'hot chocolates' being wasted as we didn't want to drink scalding plain milk.

Came here early Sunday morning. Barista was excellent. St Ali coffee is one of, if not THE best coffee in Oz. This guy made the ristretto on point, and even gave me an espresso to try for my own reference between the two. I didn't need sleep that night anyway. Good job. Yet to try lunch here, but looks the same as what U can get anywhere, just a lot pricier.

Sometimes you can't choose what you want, for example, it will put good-looking food on the top, but you can't actually choose it, because when you choose it, the staff will choose a roll of food related to it but just a pile of flour. I think this is a kind of deception.
