Today I ordered vegetarian salad and found chicken pieces in that and i m vegetarian, had 1 piece in mouth too.really bad service. They even don't deserve 1 star. Waste of money time and energy.

Hard to miss if you are converging from Woolies or Coles. There's a pattern I see? Shop, lug your bags n pick up steaming cuppa coffee. There r some college cafeteria type tables to sit but I prefer moving along.
Fare: they gotta coffee, they gotta coffee consort- banana bread, interesting subway like subways? Yes, also takeaway boxes of lunch- pasta, chicken, red meat, falafel, greens, veggies etc. Priced at 8$ apiece, they drop down to 2 for 12$ post 4 pm. How cheeky of me wait for 4 pm and then loiter to grab 4 boxes!
Coffee is passe. Nothing ground breaking.
Service: staff appear busy, lotsa locomotion in that thin strip of counter, behind kitchen is noisy. But staff do help you like asking if bread needs toasting n buttering. Yes, ma'am. Thank you!

Amazingly fresh food! Great flavours. Pasta can be a little bland. But the freshness is unreal! No harm in asking for extra sauce, meat, etc.which I normally need to do everywhere I eat anyway.

Seemingly understaffed which puts pressure on the 2 staff trying to serve people. I waited 20 minutes in line for a coffee but in the end walked off without one because of the wait time.

The most recommended cafe (or at least, the place to grab a coffee) in Westlake shopping centre. Always consistent delivery and welcoming attitude (unlike their neighbour which I am not gonna name). Especially the girl in purple hair. She is very professional. Whenever I came over to this place and saw her, I feel a sense of grounded. I know the quality of my coffee and the service is gonna be pleasant.

Edit: that’s how considerable they are! Even leave a tinny paper wrap bit on my sucking bit of straw to maintain hygiene. Great way to start a day!

I only come here for coffee and they make a great oat latte.the staff are really sweet especially the girl who always has wicked eye shadow, i love it:)

Giving no star for a rude staff who worked on the 26th May around 4pm serving. First time wanted to try from this shop. Just looking and asked the lady she was so rolling her eyes and showing faces while we making orders? Racist.
(The girl behind the bar is pleasant)

And about salad. Best food. Really enjoyed it.

I absolutely love the food here! I have had it on more than one occasion and it’s always so fresh and tasty.its delicious! But the lack of vegan range here upsets me along with the serving sizes.

So much empty. I chose 3 salads for the big (UP TO 4 choices) $13.50 bowl and the girl really struggled to understand how much to put in there because I had only chosen 3. Quite light and looking empty around the edges. 2 bits of chicken and 2 bits of falafel made it in the bowl, so it just became became a rather empty, and expensive bunch of coleslaw. The girl didn't seem overly friendly (nervous maybe?) but the whole transaction seemed to be confusing. Won't make the trip from Prospect again in a hurry.
The coffee and salad was good last week ‍️ saving grace that bumped from a 1* to a 2*.

Company loves to delete negative reviews, I'm staying in Adelaide for a bit near West Lakes and decided to read reviews on certain food places near me, I'm quite picky.

Seems to a number of negative reviews missing? Very deceiving on the companys part. Will not be visiting this establishment.

I would normally give this place 5 stars, I love the salads and have frequently bought several.
However, I dropped by today to pick up a salad, and was dismayed by the lack of face mask use by the staff. 2 of 3 staff did not have a mask in sight, while the third staff member had one on her chin. With all the foods on display uncovered I did not feel safe. Please educate your staff in regard to mask requirements.

Hands down the best and tastiest coffee! I've never had a bad coffee at any soul origin location.
Food is fresh and decent price, the staff are wonderful as well!

Salads here are so fresh you'd swear they'd just picked the vegetables. Service was quick. Food super tasty. Can recommend Greek salad and chicken and avocado salad.

Food was good. There are 3 benches for customers to eat at. All benches were filthy. What got me is there were two trainers sitting at the end of my bench and they didnt even notice. Them themselves were sitting with salad on the table around them. Customers dont want to eat in filth. Whilst I was there 4 customers went to sit down and then walked away. Pretty sverage.

We visited 12june for lunch, since we have late breakfast toasts so we two people order one regular size, price is good, small for 2 choices aud9, reg for 3 choices aud10.50, have chicken pasta, beetroot with green veggie and chickpea with quinoa, dressing can pick from three we only chose lime and olive oil. Really very fresh.
Cappuccino is very nice too. Services is excellent I like the smile from the young girl.
Very full lunch and delicious, high recommend.

Awsum coffee. I have tried iced coffee too and loved it. Best one in westlakes shopping center.

The food is absolutely amazing but the customer service is so terrible! More than once I have gotten a pannie and the girls just leave it there and serve other people I don't want a burnt pannie thanks and also today I got salad and I asked for the fresh stuff at the front instead of the old stuff and the girl was rude about it just do your job and have a smile on your face!

Fix the counter. Flies get into the salad. Retrain staff, because your staff are currently picking flies out of salads in front of customers and SERVING these. When I refused to buy the fly salad your staff still insisted I buy it. When I walked away the staff member removed the fly then returned the salad back into the the front cabinet to be resold. Disgusting.
