I placed an order here today and noticed the staff member was putting 95% of pasta in my large bowl with hardly any chicken. Being a regular customer very disappointed with the meal. Doesn’t worth the price I paid for.

Warm coffee. Coffee should be hot and I had asked for extra hot. All I got was a warm coffee. Has happened multiple times now and it's getting frustrating. I am all for talking, having a good time and working, but at least remember and give me what I asked for.

Just tried out Soul Origin at Marion for the first time. Had a very reasonably priced chicken pasta salad.

The chicken was quite nice but the pasta was frankly the worst I have every had. Seemed like about 3 days old. Very dry and heavy. I mentioned it to the staff who said they would pass my feedback to the chef.

Won't be going back.

Good looking options but they just just filling the salads out with the cheapest ingredients i.e. Lettuce or potato, not the way I remember it.

Great coffee and luncheon! Prompt friendly fast service from Tiana and the 3 Ellas! Great place to go to for a quick bite! Lots to choose from such as salads, paninis, baguettes, snacks, cakes etc! Best baristas around, happy and cheerful no matter how busy! Keep up the great work!

We placed an order online that unfortunately never reached the store. When I went to pick it up obviously it was not there. The staff were very apologetic and my order was not only made but also delivered to the party address. So happy to see a business go above and beyond. Thank you!

As a regular contributor I thought I would share my first time at a Soul Origin outlet. Had a regular size $12+ three choice salad. Filling, well- priced despite convex shape bottom of bowl. I chose roasted veg, haloumi/ chickpea and chicken/avocado. Generally ok with my selection except for hard chickpeas but edible, barely a slither of avocado and 25gm of chicken; dressing was nice, quick, service friendly and nice store appearance. Will I go again? Not quite sure.

Good healthy choice, in mornings. Run out of some choices in there selection, after the Lunch rush.

Bought a chicken salad (small) which we used on a sandwich. Enough for at least 4 sandwiches. Very fresh and tasty. We will be back.

The girls who work here need a lesson on ratio. They can't even make a salad properly.

I ask for EXTRA HOT, but I don't get extra hot. It happened more than several times. I stopped going there.

I placed an order here today and noticed the staff member was putting 98% slaw in my bowl with hardly any chicken. I asked her to correct the inconsistency but she continued to use more slaw. I wasn’t happy with how she put my order together. The manager then came out to re- make my order. He made it exactly how it's meant to be, completely different to how she made it. I expressed I was happy with how he made my order. He started arguing with me telling me that he “trusted how she made it the first time”. I was a little surprised that he said this. Usually staff; particularly managers don’t argue with customers. The staff explained she was only a trainee but then kept trying to argue that she did a satisfactory job the first time, completely contradicting their “trainee” excuse. I pointed out their poor customer service, resulting in my order being refused, making me very upset. All of this could have been avoided if the manager and his petulant acting staff didn’t argue with the customer. Will never eat from soul origin again.

Had an amazing Crumbed chicken pasta salad. It was peak rush hour and we still got served with a smile. Great employees and good food.

Paid $13 for a Chicken Schnitzel pasta thing, chicken was cooked nice but the pasta was either overcooked. Not very pleased with the place

This place is fantastic. You can conveniently grab a sandwich on the go or try some of their other delicious products. Staff are also friendly.

Good coffee, problem is the staff had no clear WRITTEN standard operating procedure on which foods are gluten free products, so they recommended a food with gluten in it as being gluten free and it made me very ill.

I might as well have just gone to coles and purchased a bread roll. The amount of filling was minimal no sauce no butter couldn't find the tomato. Very deceiving to have the chicken schnitzel protruding out of the roll to find nothing inside. For what you pay all i can say is Ripped of Roz.
