First time back here for a while and prewash and soap are now a joke, where are the suds? No better than a OTR now.

Self service wash was ok but overhead hose leaks big time, I got way wetter than I should have, going back to my regular self wash where I don't get soaked.

Good laundromat even for a 7m motorhome. 4 bays for self service wash and vacuum after. There's also an automatic wash bay with attendants. $1 gives you 90 seconds at the wash, increments of $3. Vacuum $2 min gives you over 5mins. Strong vacuum. Was good and would recommend. Nice staff.

So kind! I just needed to use the vacum and the guy helped me out as I was heavily pregnant! Really appreciate. Also vacum worked well!

After a weekend of 4wding I headed to softtouch. Having someone prewash and wipe your car before you enter the wash runner itself was really impressive. My car came out very very clean and the water is beading from the current rain. I had some serious mud under my car and I was not expecting nearly as much to be removed as was. I will be heading back after trips like these. Saves me a lot of time. Great value. Very happy

Washed my car and my dog, both installations are in fairly good nick. The car wash credit card function lets you choose between $3, $6 and $9 amounts, which is great and better than having only a $10 option (as experienced elsewhere). The car wash has an extra wheel brush, which makes you hopeful that the standard car brush isn't as grimy as at other car washes (but there's no guarantee and you should pressure-wash these brushes extensively!) The dog wash is roofed but without walls, which makes it a bit drafty during the winter.

Place is always clean and tidy. A good layout making it easy to get in and out onto tapleys hill road.

The quality of detergents and services are great compared to the local otr wash.

Personal favourite car wash. Almost always a free booth, or if not then quick wait times. Equipment is always working perfectly, and there are even covered areas to chammois your car dry without it getting hit by the sun.

Different but good as they sponge your car down before you get on the moving belt to wash your car. Check it out.

Great place to get your car wash. Either through the wash tunnel of wash it yourself. Can also wash your k9 friends there as well.

My car was filthy and wanted to take it through an automatic carwash but knew the "usual ones" wouldn't do a good job! Hadn't been here before and they were closing soon, so rang and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (can't remember his name, sorry) who explained the process and prices and that I would have still have time to get there. When I arrived, he helped me out once again and I paid the little bit extra and got the gold lava wash. Was well worth it as my car came out gleaming and the "lava" was a bit of fun too! Highly recommended from my experience and will definitely go back there! Thanks again for your friendly assistance

Essy to use and great finnish on Tapleyshill Road. Provide auto and hand wash. They even cater for pooch.

Josh! Josh! Josh! I've been going to this carwash since it first opened. I was actually one of the first customers to come through the automatic car wash. I've probably spent well into the $1000's with all my cars through out the years. The 3 times I've come here and seen Josh work, how actually cares for the cars is very impressive, never seen any one care on how good and clean they want someone's else car to look. Thank Josh you're a LEGEND!
