Don’t bother looking anywhere else for a better price or service as you won’t find it. Every single staff member is knowledgeable and extremely kind. Prices can’t be beaten and if so they’re quick to price match if it’s not ridiculous. Been shopping here for years with no bad experience at all.

Definitely place to visit before going camping. Lots of camping goodies like tents, sleeping bags, camping chairs and lots more.

Best attitude to customer satisfaction I have seen in any business for a long time. I doubt you could return a trashed item and claim a refund or anything ridiculous but these guys stock good products at good prices and their determination to provide quality service impresses me every time I deal with them.

Ordered online 22/10/21. Adelaide to Melbourne delivery. Expected slight delay as thing normalize around Covid-19, but WOW. Item was "apparently" delivered on 9/11/2021. Haven't received the order. Either the courier lost it or delivered to the wrong place (who knows?). Snowys, you need to chose a better courier service. 12 business days and counting. Advice to others.consider other retailers.

Great product range at very competitive prices and fast delivery which we all expect as normal BUT ALSO the best customer service of any online store I have used in years. Had a minor issue with the product 11 months after purchase which was immediately and professionally resolved. No questions asked. I even offered to part pay but not allowed! Great business and highly recommended. Will use again for sure.

I just want to thank the guys and girls at snowys for their help and prompt delivery. Mainly I want that Maddie for the help in finding my lost product. Her follow up phone calls and calls to the courier company was above and beyond.

Had a warranty problem with a RV water filter. After some negotiations the matter was resolved and I received a refund. The team member I dealt with Jess was so helpful and displayed excellent customer service. Great company.

What can I say that others already have not. A genuine camping store selling everything you would require at fair prices.

I recently ordered a commercial gazebo. When I received the parcel, unfortunately it was damaged. I called the Snowys team and the lady was super helpful and suggested to take photos and contact returns team. Within a few hours I received a call from Ralph. THANK-YOU Ralph. Excellent customer service.he apologized for the inconvenience (as I needed the gazebo in time for my first market stall) He said to use the one I had this weekend and would send out a new gazebo and carry bag today! It arrived in time for my next market and it works well.even by the beach of the windy markets around Cairns!

Good quality products and prices are competitive. I've ordered online with free delivery as well as purchased in store, always good service and the quality you need when camping.

I bought Oztrail RV shade awning on 02/10/2020. I found a small hole on the awning when I first tested it. 22 January 2021 the awning was broke during the second time use. The broadcast showed that It's a beautiful day with mild wind 2 to 13 km/h. I contacted with the after sales service and representor told me that Oztrail could not repair and the required part was out of stock. I wait and wait. 4 months later, on June 16, I try to contact Snowys again and there is still no response from Snowys.

I was amazed at the huge range of everything at Snowys. The building goes back a long way from the front which you can't tell from the road. Lots of staff to assist. I didn't have to wait to get served either. Five stars

I bought a silk online on Wednesday afternoon and got it delivered by Friday, without payin express shipping. Six months ago I also bought a sleeping mat and got it delivered the same week! Great service and prices

Came here to get hiking boots and other equipment for my daughter's upcoming camping/hiking trip. The female staff member who assisted us was fantastic and went all out to help my daughter pick the right shoes. She then recommended other items we needed and we got exactly what we wanted.
