Snooze Gepps Cross

I went into Gepps Cross and Snooze was the first store i went into. I was planning to see if i liked anything and look at other stores too, but this was not necessary. Wade made sure i was comfortable and created a friendly environment. He was able to answer any question my brother and i had and we were thrilled with the amount of information he was able to provide to us.we left the store buying 2 mattresses which we were very happy with.such a great employee and person.top bloke!

We went into Snooze at Gepps Cross a couple of times before we decided to purchase our new bed. We wanted to ensure we purchased the right mattress. The staff are never pushy like other stores- we lay there for hours. Antonietta gave us the space we required but was never far if we had a question, she has 25 years of experience in the bedding industry, so she knows her stuff.
Couldn't recommend the bed range and staff more.

I had been looking at their website beforehand but wanted to go in to see which mattress felt the best. I was helped by Alexandra and she was an amazing help. I couldn’t be happier with my mattress. They listened to my price limit and helped give me the best deal and showed me a variety of brands and mattress types fit for my sleeping.

We bought a few pieces of furniture from them very recently and were very happy with the customer service.
The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the furniture was also very good.
We had to cancel one order once due to a different reason (not quality or price) and the manager promptly helped us without any questions asked. We really appreciate the service and would not hesitate to recommend.

We started off very well and were having a good experience. The salesgirl was helpful and knowledgeable. The issue we had was with the pricing. We were given the price including delivery to start with but later when we finalised and paid deposit we came to know that price do not include delivery and we have to pay extra for delivery. This left a bad taste in the mouth. Our advise is to be very clear about pricing with them.
