Hubby and I Joined last week. Great, welcoming, friendly staff with an awesome environment with clean, new equipment and loads of great facilities/services offered. Had my first PT session today with Markas which was amazing. Plus free fruit! Thanks Vlad and team.

Just underwent a major revamp, new equipment is very good. Gym has everything you'd need.

Inbuilt lift is disability friendly as it's based on the second floor.

I joined Snap Fitness back in April and have found it to be one of the best gyms I've been a member of. The overall atmosphere, the staff and and the other members have created a welcoming and safe environment to train and a great vibe. As a woman, it can be hard to find a gym that you do feel comfortable in, so this has been a very positive experience for me.
The classes offered are good and the instructors are really lovely

Although it's a smaller gym, the range of equipment is good, even more so with the upcoming revamp

Trash management - recommend any gym besides this one, low key high key every sorta key absolutely atrocious rubbish gross terrible, the members are lovely tho?

Honestly the best gym I’ve ever been too. Manager is amazing and heaps accomodating. I shopped around for awhile to find a gym that feels like home and this is definitely the one.

Came for an appt to view gym, no one even showed up for my appt, tried to call and pressed the intercom several times, no answer. I was 10 mins early for appt and waited around 10 mins after. Horrible first impression, clearly didn't want a new client. Very disappointed seeing all the other reviews were so positive. I won't be recommending joining to anyone else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Wouldn’t go to any other gym. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is always A1. Definitely worth checking out. Best local club around

Friendly staff and customers.
Needs some work and cleaning with mould on the shower bathroom walls and ceiling (I don't think the extraction fans are working)
Same with main areas.

Very friendly staff, took their time to get to know you. Always called me by name when arriving or leaving.

Facilities were always clean and faulty equipment was quickly repaired.

Only let down is the staffs ability to answer the phone and respond to messages.

The management katelyn has taken the club up and up its now a nice place for everyone very warm and happy vibes in club

Even though the gym is a little smaller, the people and team are way better than the other gym on Curtis Rd

I appreciate that Snap run you through the classes and training options when signing up. The team don’t just treat you like some customer/client, they treat you as if they’re your mate, makes training more comfortable and enjoyable upon arrival and departure.

The gym also doesn’t smell, everything is well maintained!

Can’t wait to continue achieving my goals at this facility ️

Tried to cancel cause I'm behind in payment but the won't stop charging me till it's all paid off I'm currently going through financial struggle I'm happy to pay it off but if they keep charging me even though I'm not going and trying to cancel there not got for mental health

From the moment I joined at snap munno para I regretted it. I had just gained the confidence to join in the group classes and the instructor I was comfortable with, left the company. There is has been multiple issue with the creche, group instructors constantly not being able to attend and I have had multiple issue with my account, I attended around 4+ times to re add my card for direct debit, only to have to pay all the arrears I was behind. I also joined in September but am STILL being charged fees even though my contract was only supposed to be extended until mid October due to lockdown, I have tried to contact about this issue but can never seem to get through, even contacted on Facebook where they said they would call the next day and never did. I don’t like giving poor reviews but this place definitely needs some improvements!

This is the place to go if you are worried about joining a gym for any reason. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are supportive, friendly and the whole place is built off of positive vibes. Being someone who used to be 210kgs, I was very embarrassed to join a gym. While I didn't loose the weight at the gym, I still has the shame of my body. Everything has been completely erased by going here. There is no other gym that I will ever go to. This is the best! Get on it, you will love it
