Smiggle

I'm a traveler from Asia, I just want to choose a gift for my daughter at home in the store, so we used video to choose for a long time, but still can't decide. However, when I walked out of the store and thought about it for about ten minutes, the clerk left came out and asked me if I had stolen anything, and later said I was fine.
Later, a female customer from store said that I stole while taking pictures of me, I took the initiative to open the bag in my hand. She claimed that it was in my backpack, and I opened it to her. Then she said that I might have hidden it in other places, the store owner has checked the inspector and called the police.
So I decided to go into the store and wait for the police to show up to prove that I didn't steal. During the ten minutes I waited, the female kept looking at me with discriminating eyes. After she left, I asked the clerk when the police would come, and the clerk explained to me because I took the missing item before she found it, so I was suspected, but the clerk told me that the police will not come and I can leave.
Although I still bought lovely presents here for my daughter. But i feel deeply that am I being suspected because I am Asian? This is really my worst experience abroad.
The product is good, the clerk is nice, I'm just unhappy with the attitude of the female customer.

Purchased an item 4/1/2022 around 4pm. The girl serving really didn’t want to be there. I waited at the register whilst she continued to look around the store and then start a conversation with another staff member helping another person. Finally served me and by the this stage I was frustrated with her attitude and she sensed it and threw the purchase at me (obviously not in a dramatic or violent way) but enough to indicate she was making a point. I only flag this in hope someone from smiggle sees this and maybe reassesses the staff they have on. There are plenty of people out there that would love a job and wouldn’t treat customers like that.

Poppi is an absolute asset to Smiggle! She was so kind and knowledgeable about the products and took time to show me matching items! Really happy with my experience and my purchases. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Poppi!

The staff was very rude and mean I asked for a change and she said that she couldn’t give it to me so I bought something and my friend went to buy something she just shouted I’m not gonna give u change and she came to the place million life where we needed the change for and she was fighting and telling the women who worked there off which was not even her fault she didn’t even tell us to get change from there we just went there bec we thought it’s a nice place and the women was completely rude and she had red hair with glasses

Quirky and colourful quality stuff! (Not just for kids)
But the 5 stars for this shop is for the staff! Super duper friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly never been happier with customer service in a store?

Gr8 things just very over priced typo an Kiki have some really cool stuff half the price even my 13ur old says she doesn't want to spend her pocket money there so I take them to typo but for a once every now an again things I go to smiggle if they weren't so expensive I'd shop there more but its not because it's top.of the line quality cos it isn't either? But cute little shop with everything the kids love

Westfield TTP- Smiggle shop is just awesome there at the shopping centre. I have always felt welcomed and staff are very helpful. Variety of kid stuff to choose from, but staff come forward to advise and help. Highly recommend.

Great place for kid presents
Went with friend to get a few presents for niece and nephew.
Their stuff is not cheap but it is high quality and they take care to ensure their products are safe for little kids,
