Sleepy's Mile End

Chris was very helpful, informative, patient and friendly. The Mattress range was wide, leading to our selection over many different stores in the complex. I suggest starting at Sleepy's as your benchmark before trying the other pushier stores.

Nothing too much trouble and was served by a lovely person at Mile End Home Improvement Centre. Would definitely shop there again.

Wonderful experience with Kriss. Absolute gentleman and we had a great day talking about our available choices, then narrowing it down to the one suitable for my mom.

Chris gives the most professional service and best expert advice of anyone in bedding in Adelaide, and I have been to every bed shop in town. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, don’t waste time going anywhere else. This is the third time I've purchased from Sleepys in the past 5 years, and each time the service was exceptional. Chris is a patient, attentive, personable. He genuinely cares about getting you the right bed. He allowed me to have after hours timeslot to discuss with no pressure of time. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile from workers with a genuine disposition to seek out how they can best suit their products to your needs. Geoff helped both my mother and I out in finding a mattress that would suit us based on our circumstances. We were both very impressed with his high level of service and jovial demeanour. Geoff was honest, he was knowledgable, he was also humorous and highly personable. Whilst I didn’t catch the other workers’ names, they too were personable and very welcoming. Integrity and authenticity go a long way in my books. Not to mention their fantastic range of Australian-made products and push for sustainability. After having a horrible experience with a matters supplier, sleep’s mile end did everything possible to resolve this matter. The communication between the retailer and myself was the best. All the staff at sleep’s mile end are fantastic, especially Chris and also store manager, they went above and beyond. These guys are all about keeping the client happy and satisfied.

On delivery a small item was forgotten but the customer service from Chris was exceptional. He organised a time with myself and delivered the item in his own time after work.

I would definitely be purchasing from them again and would be referring anyone who wants great service to sleepy’s Mile End.

Buying a new mattress is perhaps one of the hardest task I've personally experienced in my life. Lot or research and comparison among brands and designs comes into play making the experience daunting. So this is when you need to walk into a store and find with much hope and luck a sale person or "technical sale professional" to assist you in making an informed desicion.
This is exactly what makes the difference when it comes to choose your mattress and adjustable frame and this, not necessarily means you will need to break the bank and spend thousands of dollars to buy the right one.
I'm not getting paid for this review and I'm giving this review to Sleepy's and more importantly and honestly to Mr. Chris Lee for taking the time and dedication to facilitate and making easy and enjoyable my buying experience.
