We were so pleased with the care and attention Jack gave us. He took time to explain the ins and outs of mattress selection and made the whole process as painless as possible. If he didn’t have an answer to our question, the other staff there -who were just as friendly and caring - were able to help. There was no heavy sales pitch or spiel - just information and the time we needed to make our own observations. This was the first shop we had entered with every intention of shopping around. We were so impressed that we placed our order without going any further which is out of character for us! Cannot recommend them highly enough - our sincere thanks to Jack especially.

I went in to get a price in a queen size mattress and ended up with a complete king size bedding package to suit my body type and size. I walked into Sleepy’s this afternoon, looking for a firm mattress. I’d been to a few shops before and Sleepy’s was the last one for the day. Kabeer was fantastic at helping me out in choosing the right mattress and pillow. All employees here are trained by by the Chiropractic Association and take their time to notice your sleeping posture and assist you accordingly. I feel like I have made the right choice by choosing a bed from Sleepy’s with Kabeer’s guidance.

The staff at Sleepy's Gepps Cross are highly trained & are very helpful when it comes to finding the right mattress for their customers. We were greeted by Rob when we walked in, he asked all the right questions, got us to try out all the mattresses he thought might be best for us, especially my partner with his bad back. We not only purchased the mattress, we also purchased 2 pillows & a mattress
protector. Rob threw in 2 pillow protectors & gave us discount on the mattress protector. We walked away very satisfied with our decision that day, sooo can't wait for the delivery (that was thrown in for free as well). I was extremely comfortable on the pillow & mattress that day, I could've taken an afternoon nap LOL. We highly recommend anyone to go in & have a chat to any of the staff there, they were all lovely & ready to help with your purchase, amazing customer service
