Slape & Sons PTY LTD reviews
28The beef burgers are they meat or plastic i spend so much on food, just so i get weird burgers i can't describe them But they just messed up my kids burgers. I normally get Harvey burgers much much much better.
The beef mince was inedible. I worked hard all day but still put the effort in to making a home cooked meal. So disappointed when I literally couldn’t stomach it. I’d have roughed it and eaten it if I could have but it was simply gross. All oily, chewy, fatty and with very little actual meat content
We have been in Australia 17 yrs and these sausages are the best, we get them at our local IGA in NHILL and what's even better they are GF
We have always loved slape bbq sausages, what have you done to them. Slimy outer casings and they fall apart now. Not happy.
Have just tried their Aussie Beef Burger’s they are excellent also there BBQ snags all yummo!
Im a POM the BBQ sausages are super great.not too salty like most Aussie sausages.seasoning and texture spot on.plus 1.5 kg for $10 bucks great value.cooks so well in airfryer
I'm a pom, so I generally find Aussie sausages disgusting, However Slape sausages are the exception, the British pork chipolata are very good although I prefer to have the Chicken and Herb sausages as they are lower in Saturated fat, we have bought some Slapes Chicken Parmigiana sausages also on the lower side of Saturated fat I will be trying them shortly.
Slapes thumbs up from me
Perfect meat supplier for a barbecue, anyone? I’m a regular customer of Slape & Sons due to their superior sausages. They sustainably source delicious Australian ingredients that will be right at home on your plate. The Cheese Kransky is a delectable number. Whether it’s a weekly cook up with the family or a catch up with chums, I know I can count on the Slapes. As a coincidence, I’ve bumped into owner of the company whilst at my local Foodland and he was a lovely chap. Slape & Sons, dare I say I’ll be back in the supermarket for more
We used to buy our beef snags from the local butcher, but since we tried your beef snags, there's no looking back. Everyone in our family agrees that Slape & Sons snags are by far the most delicious.
I bought Greek rosemary and garlic sausages yesterday. They were full of hard bits, were absolutely disgusting, not edible
Very friendly staff and they loaded the product into my car for me. Great service, excellent product.
I have been eating Slape chevapchichi for years & they have always been top quality! This week I bought some from Drakes West Beach & after grilling same, I have never seen so much fat in the drip tray! I can't believe Slapes have dropped their quality so far! Very Very disappointing!
My wife grabbed some 90% beef steakettes from IGA where would normally deal with our local butcher. Anyway long story short very disappointed! More like 90% fat wasn’t good! I never do these reviews but these were a shocker so I had to say something
Thank you Slape and Sons for the consistently best sausages we've ever had!
Been eating them for years, never been let down, they are the best!
Keep up the great work, many thanks.

Very disappointed in the change of thick pork sausages. Extremely high fat content. Would not recommend and will not be buying again.
Yep get your snags and cevapcici here and cheaper than in supermarkets you wont regret the value and flavour. Bought four packs of cevaps, and chipolatas (lil Italian snags to non Europeans) for $14- could have chosen from a variety of combos, including chicken items and beef patties. Excellent staff and service, this company supports community A LOT. If you don't see Slape and sons small goods in your supermarket, complain. They hire ppl right here in SA and are SA owned.
I have tried them all, and they just don’t rate alongside anything Slapes produce. Snags without a bit of fat taste lousy. Local butchers actually buy their “own” in as well, so
Little point claiming that you prefer your local butchers snags. Stick with Slapes I say, and a message to that management team as well, DONT ever lower your quality standards or you will lose many fans (and buyers).
