I have been going to SA Skin Doctors for 10yrs. Am always happy with results they acheive for me.

Two extraordinary people who take such good care of me, Skin Doctor SA are Ron and Andrea Louis their professional and caring attitude is certainly impressive my skin is firm my brown marks are gone
And I look so much younger and refreshed I’ve been using their cream for years and I love the way it makes my face look thanks guy I love you both.

Not a bad place service wise, But my laser did leave some scarring unfortunately. Being on my face thats quite anoying. Did more then asked also. I wouldnt have it again. But thats my experience. Thanks

Friendly staff. Dr. Louis I found to be up front telling you of your problems and the required action. Was made to feel comfortable and I found his work to be of a very high standard.

I’ve have been going to Skin doctors for 4 years now and absolutely love the service I receive. Erin on the counter is so friendly and helpful and Doctor Ron is amazing at his job. Dr Ron always answers the questions & concerns I have. He is very professional and I do not trust anyone else with my skin. I live on the other side of Adelaide but it doesn’t stop me from making the trip to get the best treatment.

I asked for a laser treatment but the doctor prescribed an ointment which ruined my face completely: ('

Rather disappointing outcome at this clinic. When starting treatment I was told that Medicare covered a portion of 6 sessions. My 5th session bounced back and after following up why on my own accord I found that I had reached my maximum limit. When I contacted the clinic I spoke to a receptionist who informed me that Medicare had changed the number of subsidised sessions from 6 to 4, she claimed they were unaware of the change but I can’t see how that would be. I’d imagine there would be some form of correspondence to organisations that utilities the relevant claming codes. My fourth and final session cost $250 and she told me that sessions not covered by Medicare are charged at $200. There was no offer to refund the $50 difference that I paid for a supposed $250 Medicare subsidised appointment. During my appointments the receptionist I spoke to seemed nice but on the phone she sounded lost for words and hurried me off.

I also feel worth mentioning that during one appointment I attended one of the receptionists had a medium sized dog behind the counter that she was struggling to control, I believe she said it was her daughters. A dog at a medical clinic, doesn’t seem right.

Dr Ron Louis is very nice and professional though. I had no issues with him.

Unfortunately I won’t be recommending this clinic to friends or family.

The laser treatment left several cuts on my face, the broken capillaries are significantly worse and the botox was botched followed by 3 days of bruising and pain. Avoid!

I am an Indian and contacted the doctor with a reference from fellow Indian. He performed laser and prescribed a cream for melasma. However, after 10 days of treatment, melasma came back with double force and I contacted doctor again, yet he just took pictures and did not take any corrective action. I was in a very hopeless situation as my problem worsened. I liked him in first go but once things go wrong, doctor should console and take responsibility to minimise damage. Thankfully, after one year, the damage has healed due to my own efforts.

Decided to travel to Dr Ron Louis for an opinion after working in the region and seeing the salon. He recommended a new product to use which has been very helpful and is happy to provide a service when I require and request, unlike my previous practitioner!
