They provide an excellent service to those of us that are active, but need a larger size - something the mainstream industry hasn't realised exists. Monica & her team have exchanged things for me at short notice to help out, with express postage & are great about returns. Happy repeat customer.

Ski and Board was the only place on the net where I could find plus size snow gear to fit me at a price I could afford too. I needed ski pants and jacket. Ski clothes generally don’t stretch so it can be tricky. The items I bought fit very well so their sizing is true. I also bought boots, gloves and ski pants for my husband. I must say that the orders were delivered very quickly too. NB: I am going to put an order in very soon for some more snowy items ️

Excellent online experience.

I bought snow walking boots with spikes for ice size 46 which were good but at times I needed a bigger size to get four layers of socks on.
In hindsight I needed 48 or 50 and in hindsight I should have gone for 48.
These were not listed as available.
The manufacturer Attiba needs to make these available.

Amazing service! Buying and exchanging was done with no complications. Monica was very patient even though i was so picky with my boots.

We always like to hear positive stories when we are about to interact with an online shop. I purchased items, sent some back and then had an issue with my credit card provider. Through it all Monica was prompt and organised, speaking multiple times to Paypal and myself and eventually we realised it was my providers fault for not passing on the credit. Ski & Board Surrey was terrific with handling my refunds, which frankly is very welcome in the online world.

The Cartel RedDog kids skiing jacket we purchased is of great quality for the price, although the chest measurement number provided on the webpage appear to be about 2 inches more than what it actually is.
