11We had great service. We were there when the store opened. I won’t buy the day old stuff again but the fresh products were great!
Very disappointed experience in the market this afternoon. I had been in the line with 3 people (a lady and a couple) in front of me when I joined the queue. The lady who’s serving skipped me and talked to the person behind me. She insisted I didn’t queue up and despite me explaining.ended up not buying anything as I was very frustrated with the attitude of the staff.
Was super eager to try the honey log, they had small and large. Made my decision, got my cash out, and waited.and waited and waited to be served.
Finally had a staff member approach where u was standing.and.walked right past me. Wouldn't make eye contact and kept walking to play with something on their hand.
I walked off because if you won't take my money, how can I try and rate your products.
Very disappointed since I made the trip to Central markets specifically for skala as I've had great items in the past.
The food is fantastic, but as other reviewers have said, the line management is terrible. The past three times I have been to this stall I have been ignored as they serve people who arrived after me. Maybe a ticketing system would be a good edition.
Worse customer service. Don't be fooled by the hoards of people standing around at lunch time. They staff here have no concept of line management, and there is no ticketing system.
Basically crowd around and push your way to the front. I thought this was just my experience but going from the other reviews everyone's feelint the same.
After waiting patiently to be served with no queuing system, older guy before me first, 30’s guy after him, staff asked younger guy can I help, younger guy said no, help the older guy older gentleman was perplexed, 30’s guy asked you were next, he was thankful, , 30’s guy got severed, waiting my time, three staff gazing at their navels wandering around, and then lady says next to guy behind me! Walked, off, Couldn’t be bothered Lol bought else where
Unfortunately the honey log was hard and the cream was not very honey flavoured. So disappointing as only come to Adelaide every couple of years and always crave a good honey log.
Love it! Delicious and fresh vegetarian options and great service! The veggie pasty and spinach and feta roll are my fav!
Great food and coffee. We eat bakery food a lot and this rates highly. Really good coffee was a bonus!
The bacon and cheese chunky meat pie was delicious & the vanilla slice was nice the service was very friendly I’ll definitely be back
