8Refused service buying a $70 bottle of whiskey for sons 19th birthday because he had no ID. Told the "Tool" to put the bottle back and I would just take the beers I ordered. He refused me because son with no ID was in the car! WTAF!? !
Very annoyed at the bottle shop attendant tonight. Completely ignored all the drive thru customers that were literally lined up around the corner of the hotel, while serving group after group of walk in customers individually one at a time. I would understand if they were there before me but I was third in line for almost 10 minutes and watched them all walk in. Unfortunately for this establishment I will not be coming back due to this one staff member who has put me off for good, hotel included. Worst customer service experience I've had to date
Was Dissappointing when I purchased a cask of wine which at the time was advertised on the Sip and Save Specials for $ 15, only to be charged $ 18, when I asked the attendant he said Nope its not on Special when it was clearly advertised on the Website, false advertising and there could well be other Items too, Happy to drive past.
Closing early now without any sort of an explanation nor reason. New management has not had the desired effect. What was once one of the best pubs is now just a nothing place.
Stop lying about your bottle shop close time. Keeps saying midnight but you are shut by 11. Stop lying. I hate liars.
Was in bottle before, cars lined up on the road, the bloke was serving people walking in before the cars (not to mention cars blocking Rd on corner). 7 mins later a finally get in and he says the eftpos is down.that's not wat I call I drive through botlo service.
