Horrid place don't go unless you enjoy bad service and a run down location. Could not get out of there fast enough!

My friend told me about this pear cyder it's cheaper there coz beer don't do it for me know more iy thought let others know well I I I like it to bad they don't deliver

Held $50 dollars in my hand moved the space of maybe three steps to a table and then five steps to a the bar withxa witness.had either dropped it or I put it down for two seconds. It then suddenly disappeared.asked for cameras to be looked at all they could tell me was na they couldn't see anything but but we saw it in your hand and our cameras are amazing yet cant see fifty dollars disappear. Unfortunately I don't believe this I believe no effort was actually achieved or they know who done it and won't say as could be a regular. No details taken for just incase itnwas found.

Was a very good hotel for meals but that is now gone and just more pokies in there spoiled a nice place to go for a meal

Went to purchase some Coopers beers, Dry & Sparkling on good specials, as was Capt Morgan Rum. There were a few cars in the drive through queue, me thinking this will be awhile but no, it moved very quickly & I was outta there in no time, well done to the 2 lads that were serving

Best bottle shop in the North Nicest guys out Will help you with anything even when your a happy drunk passenger

The boys in the drive thru are very sharp, they do a great job! Nice hotel great spot for a collie cheers!

The boys in the drive through here are usually pretty good, I called to find out if they had something in stock and got a very rude woman who's response when I asked the price was "I don't know" and didn't want to check. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Wish the owners would renovate this historic pub at Smithfield. Cold beer, sounds ok huh

This hotel needs a serious makeover. It's part of local history and could be a local icon offering families a good dinner at a good price. Instead, it's a dingy relic with a drive-thru bottle shop. Staff there are okay but I'm avoiding it from now on until they update the place.

Not to bad hotel apart from Bathrooms do stink and need abit of cleaning. And fridge dont work properly neither does freezer other than that pretty good for the price. Oh and need washing machines stuffed up not being able to wash clothes. Staff good

Just a normal drive through bottle shop. Nothing really jumps out a incredible or memorable. Really the entire bottle shop and pub need a well over due make over to being it in to this century. It's the service from staff that hold this rating at a 3 star. With out the guys there it would be more like a 1 pushing 2 star establishment.

Gotta love the Smiffy. A bit rough, not as cheap as BWS or Dan's I feel but just as good that's for sure,

Friendly efficient staff, driveway could use resurface, but great drive thru.rarely there are long waits.

Not actually been inside but the staff helped me out with recycling cardboard for my garden, and with finding an extra foot for a repurposed table frame.

Couldn't find a minus score so gave 1.
Staff need to be reminded of courtesy and manners and not treat patrons like underdogs, remember without patrons they do not have a job.
The female in the Pokie room needs a course in customer service and manners.
Will not be patronizing Smithfield Hotel in future.

Came to play pokies in the gaming room.unfortunately today wasn't a lucky day. Hoping for a whole lot of better luck next time I come to this pub. Everything else was no problems and I couldn't complain about anything.
