Nice little spot to stop for tea on the way home from Melbourne.

We happened to be here on Schnitzel night so obviously we had schnitti's. Wife had the chicken one with mash & veg, I had the beef one with chips & veg, OMG it was huge AND delicious, and great value! Quaint country pub and atmosphere with genuine friendly service. Highly recommended

Great puns in the Main Street, service was good and food was really enjoyable, you cannot often find a mixed grill so it was nice to see on the menu a good to eat. Their home made rissoles were fantastic!

The hotel was quiet and it's old and a little dated but that adds to it. The meals are very good. We went on steak night, Wednesday, and all of us were happy with how our steaks were cooked. The staff are amazing. Very friendly. We will be back.

Great food and very friendly atmosphere. Meals are generous and nicely presented and the host and staff friendly and attentive. Recommended.

Dropped in for a meal on the way to Adelaide. What a fabulous T-Bone steak, both were cooked perfectly and the veggies were great. Staff were friendly.

Love visiting Tailem Bend Hotel, we went one time whilst staying down in Tailem and I knew it would be a GO TO place once again.
Not overpriced, food is amazing, chefs definitely know what they are doing, bar staff are extremely nice and cater to needs without delay, the owner is also incredible and was extremely nice towards my younger sibling with Autism that preferred quiet spaces and turned the music down a little. Thank you guys, will be visiting again real soon.

We found staff friendly and service good. Dining was not available due to chef with COVID. We stayed in our houseboat in the river below, see photo.

Beautiful pub, extremely clean, lovely friendly staff. Yummy as meals, lookout for different specials, well worth a visit.

Lovely little country hotel. Staff were all helpful, attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our meal and relaxing rest stop from our trip.

Good meals an a pretty cool publican Frank but lose a star for NO butterscotch Schnapps stocked in the drive through bottle shop

Great food and drinks are cold beer great great chat with the publican what more would you want I would eat here all the time that's how great it was

I recommend Roast of the day Pork delicious Good service and a big serving.
