Sip'n Save - Maid Of Auckland Hotel

This was a relaxed and wonderful experience. Table service in a pub! Tick. An extensive seniors menu including Silverside. Tick. I had a roast with vegetables that included green beans. Tick. Dessert was delicious and was large enough to be shared. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will go again.

Food was not great. Arancini come out and it was still frozen and when replaced still did not taste right. Out of the 6 main meals that come out 4 were cold and the other had so much salt that was all you could taste.

The wait staff were good and trying to rectify the issues but didn’t make up for the kitchen sending out cold food.

The bill was extremely expensive for the sub par food and we would not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

One of the best parmis I've had in ages, peper gravy had zero pepper in it, but everything was cooked perfectly. Dunno what the green salad dressing was but I could of drank it absolutely sensational

Great pub who do great meals and accommodate kids with little bags with colouring in and stickers to keep them occupied

I went to the maid of Auckland the last couple of days and I take my hat off to whoever is hiring the employees there because they were amazing, really refreshing experience to have someone be happy to be there and even happier to help out a customer whenever needed, 5 stars all day everyday!

Excellent service & delicious salmon, cooked to perfection. I was pleased with the care that was taken to follow along with my food sensitivities. Cheerfully noted I'd say served with a smile, but masks are required. Lol!

Good pub menu. Very pleasant surprise to have such great waiting staff, which is lacking in many other establishments.

We had a family gathering there recently. A credit to all staff whi looked after us. The meals were fresh and delicious.

I had the Kangaroo and it was cooked superbly, best I have had in years, fantastic service, very friendly staff. Definitely worth a revisit soon.
