Silo Art reviews
17 Lovely place to stop, on our way home from Goolwa. Clean toilets
Grab a coffee from the shop.
Gave this a four star because the Hamburger was too big, definitely no complaint about the burger it was very delicious and the coffee was great.
My first Silo art and wow! Beautiful artwork. Handy tip is its right on the road so make sure you have your standard lens otherwise you can't fit it all in!
Such a beautiful art. Our stop was worthwhile and I recommend everyone to look into tunnel that's just on the left of these silos, and before the toilet & parking. That tunnel is a display of local kids art & their expression!
Lovely silo art painted with children on it. Just a shame the road signs spoil the ability to take a good photo. The art itself is simply amazing.
The silo art is fantastic and the food at the cafe was good the staff great nothing was to much trouble
My first Silo art and wow! Beautiful artwork. Handy tip is its right on the road so if make sure you have your standard lens out wise you can't fit it all in!
It's sad that we didn't know it was there until we had to drive past, the art is insanely amazing, his work needs more advertising
Large scale murals always astound me, but painted on a cylinder? Another level of awesome. And this imagery of the children drawing on the silos, what can I say? ?
The art makes me smile. A great place to rest on a long trip. Several options for meals close by
A must stop on the long trip between Melbourne and Adelaide to break up the drive and capture some shots of this awesome art piece. This is one of many Silo art pieces that have now become a key feature in a number of small Victorian towns bringing a wealth of tourism to support the local businesses.
There are other Art works and historical sites to see in town, and well worth grabbing a bite at the cafe across the road from the Silo Art.
Went slightly out fo the way to check out the 30 Metre high Mural on the grain silos. Impressive effort.
Iconic attraction that you can see from a mile away. Nice spot to rest for a bit, with the toilets and a (non-functioning as of my visit) water bubbler nearby.
Amazing art piece. Well worth the time to stop and take it all in. Cross the road and get a great cup of coffee too
I saw a Facebook post a few weeks earlier of these silos and thought wow! Then lo and behold a few weeks later found me driving through Coonalpyn and to my surprise there they were. I had to stop and gawp like everyone else. Amazing!
Fantastic artwork. Never see anything like this - Highly recommend stop for a photo opportunity.
Worth a look at the Tunnel Vision Artwork in the train track tunnel next to the Silo Art.
What a fantastic piece of art. It raises an otherwise uninteresting place into something so memorable.
